Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Donnersbergkreis

My husband, son and I stayed at Martina’s lovely home for 5 days and it was the nicest AirBnb we’ve stayed in while visiting Kaiserslautern. Martina was very responsive and met us upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. The key was in a lockbox so it was super convenient to check in, and the home itself is beautiful. Spacious, filled with light, it was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were comfortable, and we were grateful for all the items Martina left for us that made our stay so easy: oils and spices for cooking, a bottle of sparkling water and rose chilled in the frig, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and all the cleaning supplies you would need. Also access to a washer and dryer… everything one would need. The location is excellent - on a quiet street yet a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Also don’t miss a wonderful meal 5 minutes away at Martina’s French restaurant named Julien. Overall, a fabulous stay!!

We were two for three nights in the apartment and felt really comfortable: Manuela is a great host: very friendly and open-minded. The apartment is lovingly furnished, super clean! and pleasantly cool on hot days. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are also very good. Outside in the garden, there are several spacious seating and lounging areas for barbecuing and chilling! Great!

We had a very nice extended weekend. We liked it very much in the apartment and the area. The apartment is creatively yet functionally furnished. The place also has a lot of charm. We can very well imagine coming back again.

Andriss Apartment was wonderful! I stayed there for a week while visiting my son, and it was SUCH a lovely space. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Kaiserslautern, and when we took the train, we were walkable to the train station. The apartment was well fitted and exactly as shown in the photos, but even better somehow! Truly lovely. The hosts were also lovely, and very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The place fits the description: clean and well organized. Close to the university, with several shopping options nearby. Perfect for a short trip. Michael is very helpful and responsive, highly recommended.

Well located accommodation. Clean, welcoming and quiet environment, not far from the train station and the city center.

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and well-equipped. To the sofa bed, it is important to note that you do not lie like in bed with exit to each side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front . Also, if you look closely at the photos, you can see it in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

We stayed with 8 adults and 4 small children. We felt very comfortable. The children had plenty of space for exercise and in the evening we could grill with a delicious barbecue and make a nice fire in the evening. Nadine and Erik were very helpful and everything you needed was in the accommodation. Thank you Nadine and Erik for the great vacation!

Flowers, a bottle of wine, lots of information about the house and the area: a great welcome! The house is beautiful, high up and therefore peaceful and a fantastic view over vineyards, wine towns and the Rhine Valley. Everything you need and more is available for carefree living. We especially enjoyed the garden, except on the balcony there are 4 seats in the garden at different heights, so you can choose between sun and shade at any time of the day. The area is beautiful: beautiful walks, the Sudliche Weinstrasse, interesting cities such as Speyer and Heidelberg, castles, history, in short, we have spent a great holiday here. A very homey apartment in a small farming area. It was close to the autobahn and Northeim.

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

Nice and spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood where you can park. Close to supermarkets and big cities. Ursula and her husband live on the ground floor and are very friendly and helpful.

Top Bernd We have enjoyed our stay in Cochem_en that is largely due to your great apartment! What a wonderful place: clean, cozy, carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. We felt right at home It was really coming home after a day of wandering around the beautiful surroundings. My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

The apartment was great and in a perfect location for touring the area. The apartment is spacious with modern furnishings and has everything you need. The bathroom is large and has great lighting. The windows in the living had a great view of the Rhine and a castle. As someone who loves castles, this is the perfect place.

Friendly welcome, we felt very comfortable right away. The beds are particularly noteworthy, super comfortable. From the house, we could reach everything worth seeing in Worms on foot. Bakers and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes. Saturday and Thursday is the weekly market, just a stone's throw away. I would like to rent this apartment again on another visit to Worms. Everything was great! The attic apartment is a bit inconvenient if you are very tall, but the jacuzzi was great.
