Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Donnersbergkreis

This is an adorable cottage managed by lovely people. Thanks to Stephen, his partner, and his mother for their gracious hospitality! I am very grateful. This is a historic half-timber home with wood floors and stairs, high upstairs ceilings, and an updated interior. We found the bedding comfortable with bedroom blinds adjustable for sleep promotion, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked, patio delightful with sun and bird songs, and overall decor attractive and soothing. The air temperature is adjustable in the bedrooms and living room with both cooling and heating options. The coffee maker is a Nespresso type, and we appreciated the basketful of coffee pods and bottle of wine upon entry! This home is in a peaceful and safe location behind a locked gate with both the owner and the owner's mother to each side. The S-Bahn stop is a short walk away and will take you to central Frankfurt including Romer (download the RMVgo app to buy and load train tickets).

Die Unterkunft war super schön und Eva hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in Stromberg und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und schön renoviert und mit hochwertigen, durchdachten und ästhetischen Möbeln und Details ausgestattet. Sehr aufmerksam waren der Begrüssungskorb mit frischem Obst und die Schokolade am Bett. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren reichlich vorhanden. Dieter macht es seinen Gästen sehr leicht, sich schnell wohlzufühlen - nicht zuletzt auch durch seine unkomplizierte und offene Art. Vielen lieben Dank.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt bei Jakob und Olga. Im Sommer kann man gemütlich im Garten sitzen und die Ruhe genießen.

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

Die besondere Atmosphäre und die liebevolle, persönliche und großzügige Raumgestaltung im alten Schulhaus haben uns sehr gefallen. In der großen, gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir zu viert gut arbeiten können.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der blauen Villa und haben die Aussicht und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Außerdem waren die Wander - und Restaurantempfehlungen spitze!

Dagmar’s apartment was a perfect place for us to retreat and spend time together. The garden was an unexpected surprise for its size and peaceful nature. We enjoyed our evenings sitting under the beautiful trees. The apartment is well located for local wineries and we did a wonderful day trip into Heidelberg to explore. Only 40 minutes from Frankfurt. The apartment is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Dagmar was an attentive host with great recommendations locally. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Wir haben uns im Francas Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist groß, super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, vor allem wenn man die Natur genießen will. Die Kommunikation mit Franca war sehr nett und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super logement, située à 5 minute en voiture de Rüdesheim. Jacuzzi top qualité, sauna facile d’utilisation Cuisine équipée de tout ce qu’il faut ! Belle salle à manger, beau salon très confortable Salle de bain très fonctionnel ! Literie un paradis !!!! Tellement confortable L’impression d’être dans un nuage

Die Wohnung war wirklich super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon ist Gold wert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Schlafzimmer kühl. Von Schönau haben wir tolle Radtouren mit unseren E-bikes gemacht. Mit dee S Bahn kommt man von Neckasteinach gut nach HD. Die Kommunikation mit Anne-Katrin war sehr gut und immer sehr zeitnah. Auch vor Ort wurden wir freundlich willkommen. sehr zu empfehlen.... wenn man die ca. 70 Stufen zur Wohnung nicht scheut .

Angelika ist eine offene und nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns herzlich willkommen, als auch direkt über viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten berichtet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Dankjewel voor jullie gastvrijheid en dat we mochten verblijven in jullie prettige huis. We hebben genoten van de rust, de ruimte, het vogelgezang en de vergezichten. Een mooie regio voor een fijne vakantie.

Ein traumhaftes Airbnb. Sehr ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Popcorn und Chips gab ebenfalls gratis dazu für einen tollen Filmabend. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Sogar ein kleines Rituals Set gab es kostenlos zur Buchung. Wer seinem Partner eine Freude machen will sollte unbedingt hier mal übernachten! Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt! 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible villa! It is perfect for groups (we were 11 people) since there is a lot of space in the house and the garden area. The kitchen is perfect to cook/have a big barbecue as there is plenty of tableware and lots of equipment. We especially enjoyed laying at the pool or sitting by the fireplace. A really excellent price-performance ratio. Would definitely recommend! We will for sure come back again

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende mit der Familie. Es hat alles super geklappt und Karen war sehr freundlich! Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und alles war sauber und gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön.

This was a beautiful home. Lots of light and beautiful views of the back yard. Plenty of space and all the appliances that were needed. The host was very respectful and responsive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wir haben die Villa für unser jährliches Familientreffen mit diesmal 11 Erwachsenen gebucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren voll zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr originell, gut ausgestattet und die insgesamt 4 Badezimmer konnten wir gut verteilen. Der Billardtisch wurde rege genutzt und auch die Terrasse mit den Grills haben wir für mehrere Mahlzeiten genossen. Ich kann das Haus für grössere Gruppen gut empfehlen!

Ein sehr ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Ein wenig kühl, aber der Kamin und elektrische Heizungen machen es aus. Besonders empfehlenswert, wenn Sie etwas Ruhe und Frieden wollen.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Laeticia, un groupe de 6 adultes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement était confiné aux descriptions. Laeticia est une hôte très aimable, serviable et pro active. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Super house with all facilities. Except a broken shower in bathroom everything else was super and will come again and will recommend for others too
