Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und das Highlight ist diese große Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Aber auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. In Noto gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und einzukaufen. Lido die Noto selbst fanden wir nicht so ansprechend, aber das hat nicht gestört bei allem was einem sonst geboten wird.

Francesco est une personne de haute qualité. Sa propriété est digne d’un 4 étoiles à la vue du prix. Aucun reproche, l’endroit est très accessible et bien situé ; pour notre chien (un golden retriever) c’était vraiment un plus ! L’hôte a toujours su répondre à nos besoins. Franchement ! Séjourner dans un lieu comme ça et plus que ressourçant. Je recommande fortement de vous arrêter, vous ne le regretterez pas 😉

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

Simonetta delivered everything she promised and more. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean quiet and spacious. We like to cook as well as trying restaurants. Everything we needed was there. On arrival we immediately knew we’d made a great choice. A nice touch were “disposable “ slippers and quality towelling robes. Going out was a great experience, the market was practically next door selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, herbs etc. We will come again!

La casa è pulitissima e ordinata, a due passi dalla spiaggia. La cucina è super attrezzata e confortevole. Delle due camere una è molto grande e l’altra, seppur piccola, è funzionale. Gli spazi esterni sono curati e il parcheggio è interno e comodissimo. Valerio è la sua famiglia sono persone molto ospitali e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire tra amici. Soluzione ideale per visitare la magnifica Val di Noto!

the location is exceptional here - we walked 50m to the eastern side of the island to swim every morning, and were then able to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset from the balcony in the afternoons. the apartment itself is nice but a little dated in decor and could have been more stocked. we would have liked to cook, for example, but there was nothing at all -- oil, salt, etc. neither was there washing machine detergent. you're paying for the location and access, however, and on that front it was perfect. check-in was easy, the pin and lockbox made it simpler to leave a key when exploring and swimming, and the host was very helpful and kind. we'd come back!

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for such a warm and welcoming stay! From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

It is a villa that rent one floor and let the other for a business school. The pool is also open to other house, so privacy is not total. However we spend amazing days there and the house and the pool is so clean, with high quality stuff and decoration and very confortable rooms, the views are awesone and it is so quiet, we just miss some food basics at the house as oil, salt etc, however we would come back with any doubt. Finally point out that the comunication with Denis the host was so fluid and he gave us lots of recommendations of the area.

We stayed at Rosario’s place for two nights with our two year old daughter and wished we had booked a few more nights. We enjoyed the beach in walking distance, strolling around town and the beautiful sunsets viewed from the spacious balcony.

Such a beautiful gem of an apartment! I would fully recommend staying here! We stayed for three nights after we’d just got married in Sicily. The apartment is beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures - the roof terrace is a real bonus! It’s absolutely stunning & a great place to laze under the sun, relaxing in the day or to have an alfresco dinner in the evening. It also overlooks ruins which is super interesting. The location of the apartment is also great - a 2-3 minute walk from the lively fish market & a variety of great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We, a small family of three, had the most amazing time in Modica (and the surroundings), and Jane's apartment was an extraordinary find. It was perfect as a base to explore the area. I love how big the apartment is, it feels very spacious with a big hallway connecting the rooms. I highly appreciate the way the old and new is mixed together - the old floor tiles are having a new life, the walk in shower is cozy and big. The kitchen has everything one might need, and more! We felt like home and were able to cook every day for us and our small son. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore de beauty of the Sicilian baroque architecture.

Le logement de Crissa était superbe. Decoration avec goût, paisible. Stefano let us leave our luggage while he finished cleaning and we were lucky enough to be allowed in a couple if hours early and generously offered to check out late as there wasn’t a booking for the following day. Perfect location very close to the beach and even closer to the bus to the airport. Spotlessly clean as others have mentioned. Cute apartment, perfect for a couple. Terraces at the front and back were a huge bonus. Recommended! Grazie!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Nous avons même pu acheter de l'huile d'olive locale toute fraîche. La villa est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur l'Etna.
