Cabin holiday rentals in Dønna Municipality

We were 5 adults who wanted to get to know this area of Helgeland/Northern Norway better. We were not disappointed - despite a few days of rain. The apartment was large with all the necessary features. In addition, there is a large outdoor area on 3 sides of the house, and with a large and hot jacuzzi on the west side of the balcony. Easy access to the dock, and to a large 19 foot boat with a quiet outboard motor. In addition, there was a Garmin GPS with sonar so the trip became safer. Since we arrived in two electric cars, it was okay to charge the cars there. Very good service from both Kenneth and the neighbors! It's easy to recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility, silence and beautiful nature.

everything was perfect! the house was even more beautiful in person! the beautiful view and privacy made us spend carefree days there! we will be back soon!!! the only issue that christian could fix is ​​the outdoor freezer located in the building opposite and we got tired. 🙂 thank you for your hospitality 🥰

An incredibly beautiful place in the far north of Dønna, with the best view of the sea, mountains and sunset. Very nice host, who threw himself around on short notice, and arranged accommodation for us. You should have a car to get here.

We, two families with children aged 7-11, had a great stay with Petter on Brasøy. The location is lovely, there are many amenities to be able to make up things and experience the great nature in the community and the cabin is great. We would gladly came back!

Comfortable cabin right in the nature. Close to rivers, marsh and farms. Quite easy to get to and 20 minutes from the city area of Mosjøen. Water and electricity. No internet, no phone, which can be a bit concerning but great if you want total disconnection from the world.

Vandve - the island amongst all the other islands. A fantastic experience, we really loved the stay. Gerd-Solveig offered both the hut and the boat house. The boat house, enjoying the evening hours looking at the mid-night sun - amazing colours. Recommend to come by boat or rent a boat, so much to see.

A great location if you are looking for tranquility and space. And wants to make nice hikes in the area. The sheep of the neighbors were very cozy. As is the horse🙂. The cabin is still being refurbished but that didn't bother you. The space was exactly as described. The contact with the host was very pleasant! We had a great time! Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately, it was a little dirty when we arrived, but messaged the host about this and they had not had the opportunity for an inspection between the landlords, apologized very much and refunded part of the rent right away. Very good!

Very quick to respond to messages. Easy to check in, clean and tidy. Recommended if you are more families/couples traveling together as there was a bathroom in each bedroom.

Litlehaug on the island of Vikholmen is an incredibly beautiful place. Here you will find peace and quiet! Litlehaug is the name for the entire property. We ourselves stayed at the small garden hut Bodilbu. In the entrance area is a kitchen without water. Upon our arrival, the fridge was filled with food to be able to prepare our breakfast in the morning. The space itself is very small. Adjacent to it is a double-storey bed (downstairs a 1.20 m and a 0.9m mattress at the top). Adjacent to the sleeping area there is another bathroom. For dinner, there are two options: either you grill outdoors or the owner cooks and the food is then served in the garden shed next door. We ourselves did not know this and had barbecue stuff with us, so unfortunately we could not enjoy it. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Right next to Litlehaug you can watch several moose in the evening. Also, we made a nice hike to a sandy beach.

Beautiful cabin in fantastic scenery – from the terrace you can see the sea, all around the mountains. It's much nicer than it's on the photos. The amenities are very high quality and tasteful. The cabin was sparkling clean and equipped with all amenities. We felt right at home. The surrounding area invites you to hike, swim in the fjord or fishing. Absolutely recommended – whether as a family or as a couple. A big thank you to the host!

The landlord was quick to reach by phone and check-in was easy and painless. The rooms are large and clean and it's a plus everyone has their own bathroom. The only thing is that we missed a dishwasher in the kitchen and would have liked to have washing facilities for clothes, but this is just a minor detail. We thank you for a good stay

Great view from the cabin. It's nice to share a cabin with other parents during the Kippermoen Cup. In a nice driving distance to the tracks.
