Holiday rentals with a pool in Donji Vinjani

Great accommodation with stunning views across the bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was something for everyone and the toys and trampoline were a bonus for our 2 young kids. Ivana is a fantastic host - great communication and she provided lots of very useful information about property and the surrounding areas.

Tonci's Unterkunft ist ein Hidden Gem. Die Anfahrt ist sehr steil und auf Grund einer Engstelle eher mit Kleinwagen zu empfehlen (wir hatten einen VW Polo und einen Renault Capture gemietet). Die Strapazen lohnen sich jedoch auf jeden Fall! Begrüßt wurden wir gegen 20:30 von Tonci persönlich. Er hatte eine kleine Käse/Wurst-Platte bereitgestellt und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Entgegen der Angabe es gäbe kein warm Wasser gab es doch welches, man musste nur den Boilerschalter umlegen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Oben in dem Bergen ist man ziemlich privat unterwegs. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen gute 60m entfernt. Tonci kam circa alle drei Tage vorbei um den Pool zu warten (Chlortabletten nachfüllen und Wasserstand messen). Während der Pool wieder gefüllt wurde blieb Zeit für Fragen zur Ungebung und kleine Gespräche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und können diese aunterkunft nur empfehlen.

We enjoyed a week in this amazing house during late May, which easily accommodated eight of us without ever feeling cramped. From day one Ana, our host, was exceptionally proactive, guiding us to the property - no small feat, as it’s tucked away in the hills of the Imotski area, embraced by forest and vineyards. Ana kindly let us check in late after our long drive from Zagreb, greeting us with local tips and a selection of homemade rakija and other spirits (not for the faint-hearted :D). Everything was spotlessly clean, including the pool and jacuzzi. All the bedrooms are spacious, each with a very large, comfortable bed - rare for such a big group. The football pitch and tennis court are in great shape, and we had loads of fun making full use of them. The location is perfect if you got a car and want somewhere a little remote yet still only 5–10 minutes from Lidl and other larger shops, and about 35 minutes from the coast. We would definitely like to revisit this wonderful place!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gut und verfügt sogar über einige Extras wie beispielsweise einen Sandwich-Maker oder eine Eismaschine. Die Taverne im Keller eignet sich perfekt um dort ausgiebige Partynächte zu verbringen. Leider hat bei unserem Aufenthalt die Kühlung der Kühlschränke nicht richtig funktioniert, was jedoch wohl eine Ausnahme war. Auch das WLAN funktionierte leider nur unten im Wohnzimmer. Tagsüber kann es durch LKW‘s die an der Unterkunft vorbeifahren schon mal etwas lauter werden. Es ist dennoch ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, jedoch benötigt man ein Auto um sehenswerte Orte zu erreichen. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit der Hausmanagerin einfach, schnell und Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, auch um anfallende Mängel schnell zu beheben. Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und eine rundum tolle Zeit! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen – mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Platte, die nicht nur toll aussah, sondern auch richtig lecker war. An einem Abend haben unsere Gastgeber sogar für uns gegrillt und uns mit köstlichen Grillplatten verwöhnt – das war ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und falls doch mal etwas benötigt wurde, haben die Gastgeber es uns sofort und unkompliziert gebracht. Außerdem gab es tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und wertschätzend – man hat sich einfach rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Majas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, am Hang mit Blick auf Meer, die Inseln Hvar und Brac und Berge. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und konnten viele schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und das Sahnehäubchen ist der riesige Pool, in welchem man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Maja hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo alles gut erreichbar ist. Marko ist ein super netter Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und immer für eine Empfehlung/einen Tipp zu haben 👍🏻 Die Villa ist gut gepflegt und sauber.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

We had such an amazing holiday here could not recommend this place enough. The flat is clean, tidy and very nice. Masa and her family were extremely helpful and welcoming. The area and town itself is very beautiful and the flat is in a great location. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Petar and his family were honestly great. If you are wanting a clean well kept place to stay which is a 10 minute uber away from split. We couldn’t recommend the place more!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

¡Increíble experiencia en Croacia! Me alojé en este lugar durante unos días y fue muchísimo mejor de lo que esperaba. La vista al mar era espectacular, despertarse con ese paisaje no tiene precio. Además, el alojamiento estaba impecable: limpio, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo mejor de todo es que el precio era muy económico para la calidad que ofrece. Sin duda, una joya escondida que recomendaría a cualquiera que visite la zona. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

Was sollen wir sagen: Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag vor allem an den überaus netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, Veronika und Mirko. Mit ihnen haben wir am Abend Fisch gegrillt, sie haben uns extra noch Olivenöl von Bekannten besorgt, immer wertvolle Tips gegeben. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause unter Freunden. Das Anwesen ist unglaublich schön, sauber, gepflegt. Unser Appartment war riesig. Es war alles da. Sogar eine Spülmaschine! :). Alles pingelig sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und hatten ihre Hilfe angeboten. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, Bad ist sehr schön, Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt, Betten bequem, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, jedes "Handwerkszeug" für die Küche ist da, selbst wenn was fehlen sollte, hilft Veronika mit dem was nötig ist aus. Die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert. Danke nochmal, Mirko und Veronika für die schönen Tage. Wenn alles so läuft wie wir es uns wünschen, sehen wir uns nächstes Jahr wieder. :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was really helpful and always available. House had a huge terrace in the middle of a farm. If you look for a quiet and tranquil spot this is for you. Stari grad only 5 min drive. Beautiful beaches in 30 min drive. we would return anytime.

Gorąco polecam to miejsce! Dom położony jest na wzgórzu, nieco nad miejscowością, co pozwala na spektakularny widok na Selca i morze z tarasu. Dom jest wynajmowany gościom tylko w lecie, w pozostałe miesiące mieszkają tu właściciele - od razu widać i czuć ten domowy klimat i charakter. Można się poczuć jak w domu, kuchnia jest maksymalnie wyposażona. Układ domu, przestronny tears i duże patio pozwalają na wygodne funkcjonowanie 6 osób. Jest ogródek warzywny, ładnie utrzymane rośliny ogrodowe i kwiaty. Dom w serwisie Airbnb wystawia agencja, ale gości witają i obsługują właściciele domu - przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Wielokrotnie podczas pobytu ugościli nas własnymi produktami - warzywami, jajkami z pobliskiego kurnika i pyszną oliwą. Basen i jacuzzi są regularnie czyszczone. Dom położony w spokojnej części wyspy, co jest dużym atutem. W pobliżu (dojazd autem, ale nie ma problemu z parkowaniem) są śliczne kameralne, kamieniste plaże. W Selca jest duży wygodnymarket spożywczy.

Cíleně jsme pro svou dovolenou hledali místo "stranou od všech a všeho", a to nám toto ubytování bezpodmíněčně splnilo. Krásné místo v naprostém soukromí, klid, úchvatný výhled, několik variant venkovního sezení, čistý bazén, adekvátní a plně dostačující vnitřní vybavení, naprosto plnohodnotné zázemí. Veškeré služby a spousty různých pláží a zátok jsou autem pohodlně dostupné napříč ostrovem. Při příjezdu jsme od majitele dostali tipy nejen na nejlepší pláže, ale také na výlety nebo obchody, což bylo velmi milé. Máme pouze jedinou věc, kterou bychom příště uvítali - kdyby alespon jedno z venkovních sezení bylo kryté před deštěm. Všechna sezení mají střechu z rákosu a protože během našeho pobytu poměrně hodně pršelo, znamenalo to bohužel, že jsme během deště nemohli být venku, ale jen vevnitř. A protože jsme v dešti vykládali i nakládali věci do auta, nejvíc by se to zastřešení hodilo asi u vchodu do domu. Ale to je jen náš tip :) I tak bylo toto ubytování fantastické!

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

Wir waren mit Freunden für einige Tage in diesem unbeschreiblichen Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in & Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert. Auf Fragen bekamen wir stets zügig eine Antwort, auch mit guten Tipps für die Region. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt und die Auszeit in genießen kann. Es ist ein kleines Paradies zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer. Wir sind uns einig, dass wir in diesen Traum von einem Haus gerne nochmal Urlaub machen würden.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in Imotski, Croatia. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for a family getaway, with a lovely pool, plenty of deck chairs for relaxing, and well-maintained gardens, complete with a tennis table for some fun family games. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep, and the TV system was excellent, keeping us entertained during our downtime. The BBQ area was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Imotski is a charming, friendly town, and there are plenty of streams and scenic walks nearby, which were great for the kids to explore. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break!

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft.. Der Weg nach oben ist beim ersten Mal ungewohnt, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Es handelt sich auch um feste Wege. Anders als in der Beschreibung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und Föhns. Die Außenanlage rund um den Pool ist genial und alles auch windgeschützt. Was man evtl. noch wissen muss, ist das die beiden Schlafzimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen sind und voneinander getrennt. Man kommt nur über die Außentreppe hoch.
