Holiday rentals with lake access in Donji Štoj

The booked house was not available, but we got another house near the sea and a supermarket. The house, the location was great! We felt very comfortable and would come back again at any time. Communication with Dritan was great! He had great recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants, etc. He knows his way around the area!

It was a great experience stayed at the house. We really enjoyed the serenity of the place . She host really helped us to reach there and she was very helpful. Would like to visit again the place.

Great apartmentment, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake. lots of bars and restaurants near by, and only 10/15 mins away from the Shkoder city centre.

Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

We are really pleased with a Indrit house. Lovely host, very helpful and always available. Indrit and her family made our stay in Shkodra very comfortable. They helped us to arrange a car and driver and also helped us to do our grocery shopping. 100% recommended.

Very nice house on the Bojana river. We had a wonderful time at the house (sun deck is amazing) and discovering the surroundings. It’s a great place to disconnect. The house is well equiped and the host will give you a lot of recommandations.

The apartment is even nicer than in the photos. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and lovely people!

Very stylish accommodation, 1 to 1 as in the pictures, everything clean. It made you feel right at home. The building complex is not yet fully developed, so you can't imagine from the outside what a wellness oasis is behind the closed door. It's definitely worth the money!😊👍🏽

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. It is an honor for us to give the first review for this accommodation! The accommodation is a stone's throw from the picturesque village on a slight hill. The view from the terrace is a dream, the accommodation itself is totally cozy and clean, everything you need is there. An oasis to come down. The communication with Milica was great😍 without her advice and support we would have ended up in the swamp (since we originally planned a hike from Virpazar (at the end of May part of the route is under water, which we did not know)). We finally arrived by boat and Milica welcomed us very kindly. Thanks for everything :) Dominique and Christian

Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

The accommodation was comfortable: very tasteful, stylish, discreetly furnished. Warm light. Cozy indoors or outdoors. Kaltrina's mother on site was a warm host.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the house for five days. It was simply amazing! The location is fully immersed in nature. The road to get there is adventurous but doable. Once we arrived we checked in easily and effortlessly. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. From the terrace we could watch the lake and the surrounding nature peacefully while sipping on a delicious tea. We contacted Milica and she was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a calm and relaxing time in Montenegro. Note: to reach the house it is mandatory to have a car (you can rent it at the airport, it's a 40 minute drive)

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)
