Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dongjak District

Lulu is extremely responsive and friendly, not only she guided us through the entire check in process, she even offered a coupon just because a small hiccup, which is not her fault at all. As a host, Lulu is 10/10! The place is nice and cozy, the view right next to the bed is amazing! Clean and fully furnished for tourist like me. Location is one of the best things about this place, right next to Seoul Station and lots of food!

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

The apartment was on the 21st floor and had a beautiful view of Seoul station. The sounds of the trains did mildly come through but it did not bother us too much. The air conditioning could be a little loud at times but it worked well. Other than that, this apartment was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

nice, quiet area! it is a little tucked away and around some construction, but it isn’t disruptive. great room and easily access the bus stops and subways in the area.

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Loved the place - very clean and cozy. The host had a lot of basic essentials in the house (hygiene items, towels, etc). There are also clean dishes, utensils and pots to use if you feel like cooking. House comes equipped with a dryer and washer too. Whenever we had an enquiry, Jiwoo would answer really promptly. House is also just 10 mins away from the metro, very convenient. Would come back again!

Wow Hosu’s home and hospitality is absolutely amazing. He was ready to help us with everything and very accommodating. His home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also very central making Ubers extremely affordable. Thank you for everything

Great homestay! Overall cozy!Clean, tidy, great! Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to Yulyangjin Subway Station. There is a convenience store downstairs, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The host is also very good and able to resolve issues quickly and in a timely manner. It's really awesome! I'll choose this place again the next time I come to Seoul❤️

It was nice to be able to communicate quickly despite the late inquiry. The table where you can eat and the bedroom were separated, so it was neat and nice. I want to use it again next time!

The accommodation was so neat and nice. Since it's Line 2, it was good to go anywhere in Seoul. There was a beam projector, so it was emotional It was nice to be able to sleep separately because there are 2 rooms. The 4 of us came to Seoul. We had such a lovely stay and made great memories here :) I saw some reviews mentioning that the place is a bit far from the station, but we took taxis and didn’t find it inconvenient at all. The neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was just like the photos (clean, bright, and cozy!). It had everything we needed for daily living, and the area was quiet and felt safe, which made it perfect for traveling with family. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions, and Miro was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. He responded quickly whenever we had a question, and even prepared baby items for us, such a thoughtful gesture! If we come back to Korea, we’d definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The accommodation was tidy and comfortable. The directions were well done everywhere, so I didn't have any questions. I had a good rest with my family. You have to walk a little to the parking lot, but it's free parking, so it's okay. I like it~ ^^

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

This place was very clean and comfy, which exceeded my expectations. I think I’ll stay here again when I visit SNU in the later days

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
