Apartment holiday rentals in Dongjak District

Everything was as pictured in the post. It's a small space, but just enough for two people. This place is connected to the subway, which was super convenient! Host was quick and responsive to my questions. I had a problem with the TV and she sent someone to fix it the next day. Check-in was super easy, she had a guide with pictures which really helped. Overall, would stay here again!

Had a really pleasant stay here! Everything is squeaky clean, comfortable, and cosy. It had everything I needed. Lots of food choices and a train station within five minutes walk, it’s as convenient as it can get.

The location of this place is very good, there is a cu convenience store and subway bus not far from the house, but there may be a little problem with the sewage of the toilet, and there is no washstand, you can only wash in the kitchen, the other is very good👍🏻

The house is very good value for money, the host's sister is very welcoming, and the response is very positive, in addition to the steep slopes in front of the room, overall I recommend everyone to stay ~

On the 21st floor, it has a good view of the neighborhood. There is a cafe on the same building that opens early and closes late, which is very convenient. The very big refrigerator is useful for grocery shopping and cooking. I loved that there were cleaning equipments so we could keep the place clean while we were staying. The host was very responsive and handled issues very quickly. Lastly, the location was perfect in terms of transportation, plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes, proximity to the Han river and parks. I’d love to stay here again.

Very good, about 8 minutes walk from the subway station, you can walk to Han River Park, but there are few restaurants and convenience stores around, overall very quiet and tidy, I will come again next time

It's really clean and nice! It's not cheap because it's a station area and a new construction, but it's a really good price considering the condition. It's a very tidy accommodation. The mattress and sofa are also fluffy, and there are plenty of utensils to use, so it's comfortable. Welcome snacks and bottled water were also prepared. Above all, there were two bathrooms, so it was really comfortable for four people to stay. There was nothing to worry about, such as water stains, stains, or hair. It seems that you are cleaning very hard. If I have a day to spend time in the same neighborhood, I definitely want to stay again. Thank you, host!

The place was great! It’s very close to both the bus stop and subway station, and there’s even a convenience store right in front of the building, which was super convenient. We loved that we could see cherry blossoms and Times Square Mall right from the window! The host was also very responsive and kind — they even helped us with trash management, which was really helpful since we weren’t familiar with the local rules. Yeongdeungpo Station is also within walking distance, and we often stopped there for delicious street food and to explore the market before heading back to the Airbnb. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here — it was such a memorable experience! The only downside is that it’s a bit far from some of the tourist spots we wanted to visit, like Lotte World, seoul or seongsu station etc. It usually took us about 35 minutes to 1.5 hours by bus or subway, depending on the location. But if you don’t mind the travel time, this place is definitely worth it!

The accommodation was really nice and well put together. It had everything we needed and felt super cozy. The location was great, with many shops, cafes and restaurants within a walkable distance. A walk to the market and to the Han River are very quick. The hosts were always responsive, even providing us with fresh towels and allowing us a flexible check-in. We would gladly book again!

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

I came to play in Seoul and find a place to stay, but it's rare to find 60,000 won a night, but this place was a good value!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!
