Small, lovely place near Temple of Literature.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

Right in the alley, Apricot 2 front building is easy to find, opposite a building under construction, lucky me at the holidays and hanging out all day so it is not noisy, Near Tomibun Japanese supermarket and right on the walking street next to the lake is very clean. The room is as shown in the photo, washing machine and dryer in the building. Air conditioner each room, cool, fridge always running! I'm very satisfied

I travel a lot for work in Vietnam, but this place is perfect for Korean tastes. However, you can hear the sound of cars on the road, so I think those who are sensitive will be bothered.

The host was very reactive and helped us when we had any issue or questions. It is easily accessible. I would suggest come to this place for short trips since it is a simple room, but it is overall very good. Thank you again Gia Tran for your hospitality!

The apartment feels and spacious, rarely two large suites and toilets.Ideal for families or friends to live together. There are also restaurants to choose from around three supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

Stayed in this lovely Airbnb for 3 nights and it was perfect for my friends and I! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful - and the apartment is clean and spacious. We particularly loved the comfy beds! Location wise it is quite a safe street, not too much traffic and noise at night. As 4 girls we felt safe and secure here - especially because there is someone at reception the entire day, and the apartment complex is locked at night. Would definitely come back or stay!

MiaCasaHanoi is very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The room was gorgeous with excellent design choices. The homestay owner was very hospitable, proactive and responsive. I particularly loved the rooftop terrace with open dining and entertainment room. It’s perfectly located with everything I wanted to see conveniently close by! I would love to come here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing homestay in Hanoi!

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

Paml’s spacious house is perfect for family or large group. It was easy to find with walkable distance. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I decided to stay at a whole-house bnb as I wanted space for my nieces and nephews to be as loud as they want without bothering anyone. However, the bnb starts from the 2nd floor and there are people living on the first floor so I still had to remind the kids to keep their voices down after 10 😂 which I didn’t mind at all. Overall, I and my family had a good stay here. We’d love to stay here again.

The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! I really appreciated the owner going out of his way to drive me on his scooter to a nearby supermarket on my first night, as it was quite late. He also quickly provided any necessary items for the apartment whenever I needed them. A kind and responsible host! He also has a lovely cleaner (I forgot her name) who did a great job keeping the place clean for us; she's also very kind. I highly recommend staying at his place.
