Good location and pretty spacious, would recommend!

The room was clean and tidy and much better than the hotel. The apartment policy changed to a facial recognition system, so it may have been inconvenient, but there was no problem with the entrance by showing the documents prepared by the host to the security guard. I wish it would be changed to card access again, but I don't think it can be helped because it's the entire apartment system.

Very responsive host. as our previous booking got cancelled last min, we gotta source for another place and Hana was responsive and took my booking. check in was real easy, place is clean as per picture. working distance to malls/food. strong recommend for visitors with family.

I spent 3 nights at Toan's place and It was a great stay. Good location, great hosts and staffs. The room is super clean, new and beautiful. I will book with them again when I come back.

Check-in was super easy. Apartment according to the description, but we had a different apartment than shown in the photos. Was still okay. Location is great, right below is a shopping mall with supermarket, shops and restaurants

Stayed in this lovely Airbnb for 3 nights and it was perfect for my friends and I! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful - and the apartment is clean and spacious. We particularly loved the comfy beds! Location wise it is quite a safe street, not too much traffic and noise at night. As 4 girls we felt safe and secure here - especially because there is someone at reception the entire day, and the apartment complex is locked at night. Would definitely come back or stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare some of my meals and save on dining costs. This was a huge bonus for a budget-conscious traveler like myself.

Paml’s spacious house is perfect for family or large group. It was easy to find with walkable distance. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I decided to stay at a whole-house bnb as I wanted space for my nieces and nephews to be as loud as they want without bothering anyone. However, the bnb starts from the 2nd floor and there are people living on the first floor so I still had to remind the kids to keep their voices down after 10 😂 which I didn’t mind at all. Overall, I and my family had a good stay here. We’d love to stay here again.

a great place to stay for vacationers in hanoi. located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. the room is very clean, stylish and relaxing similar to a nice hotel experience. the host was very attentive to my questions and needs with detailed responses. highly recommend this place with a two thumbs up!!

It was good for a lot of people to stay, and there was a shopping mall in the basement, so it was good for convenience.

It was such a great stay. I had a hard time getting into the elevator hall, but the host was kind enough to take care of it.

Because it is located in the city center. It was comfortable to go around and I looked, and it was nice that there were quite a lot of good restaurants. I intend to visit again.
