Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

We are located near Linn Run State Park, Powdermill Nature Reserve, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, and the beautiful, quaint village of Ligonier! Our cottage has a full kitchen with all the basics, 2 beds, and a fully equipped bathroom. We do not have cell reception. Our wifi is VERY SLOW/does not work.

Newly renovated home on a private wooded lot-just 5 mi from Seven Springs Resort and 16 mi from Falling Water and Ohiopyle. Well equipped! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3bdrm/1.5 bath)! Relax & Enjoy the Mountains! ***We have recently replaced a couch and chair and some bedding that photos don’t reflect. We are scheduling new photo shoot and plan a remodel on 2024! A lower cozy apartment, completely remodeled, nestled in a pleasant wooded residential neighborhood. Just 5 miles from Seven Springs Resort, 10 miles from Hidden Valley, 16 miles from Falling Water, 19 miles from Ohiopyle, 21 miles from Idlewild and Soak Zone, and 55 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. Well equipped and sleeps 5 comfortably. A great get away spot for a couple or small family. Come and enjoy the mountain life!
