John and Erika were very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well laid out and clean. the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. would go there again.

This was my second stay, I will gladly look for this place next time I’m in las cruces. Excellent host with great communication, quick/helpful, and very accommodating. Perfect place if you have a pet(I didn’t this trip). Quiet and pleasant neighborhood in a nice central location. This is a great choice for a smaller place to stay.

This location was very pleasant! It was a nice place to stay, it was cozy and comfortable. Right around the corner of town and perfectly calm. There is a train that passes through not too far from here. I would recommend!

We rented this apartment for 2 months for our 23-year-old college student daughter who had a summer internship in New Mexico and it could not have worked out better. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for her. The apartment is in a safe and very quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the downtown area. Emily was a great host and very responsive, answering every question within an hour. In fact, on the first day there was a problem with the smoke detector and within a couple of hours it was replaced. Our daughter was invited back for another internship next summer and loved this apartment so much that she will definitely consider staying there again.

We would highly recommend this location. We have had to stay for about 7 weeks since we were waiting for our visas to arrive. Not only is the inside very well thought out, it has details that most people don’t consider for their renters. The black out curtains, room separators, TV set ups, grab bars in the bathroom. I could go on but the outside needs recognition. The wall art is incredibly well done, there are trumpet vines and beautiful shade trees, many seating options, grill, and birds to view in the large outdoor area. Am I saying too much? I could go on but I’ll end with this- the communication is always prompt and considerate.

Serene Settings, easily walkable to Mesilla square with lots of local shopping, and fantastic eateries. well appointed kitchen, upgraded and easy to use appliances. separate spaces for study and TV watching. sparkling clean and super responsive hosts. highly recommend if you are in the area, will definitely stay here again !!!!

Rosa was a gem - professional and sweet - easy to work with. There was a slight mix up with the units, which she clearly explained. The difference between the 2 units was that there was no sofa bed, which was fine. We all still had plenty of room to sleep, and beds were very comfortable. The unit itself was very comfy. Plenty of hot water, and the heater worked excellently. The Keurig in the kitchen came in handy, as did the dining room table. We locked ourselves out of the unit on the first day, and Rosa came to our rescue, even providing us with a backup key, which she let us hang onto until the end of our stay - again very handy. Whenever we had any question, etc, she was at the ready to answer - very quick to respond via the airbnb app. We left a couple of items behind, and she was quick to contact us about them. Thank you Rosa for making our Las Cruces stay so warm and welcoming ! We will strongly consider you on our next trip, which likely won't be too far away.
