Kim and Rene are amazing hosts, they are super friendly people. The house is equipped with all necessary stuff to do your vacations a success. I'd definitely come back. Extremely recommended!

We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not find it on foot to the beach, but you can also get down quickly by car. All rooms have air conditioning. Everything was clean and tidy . It has a large washing machine and a dryer that we could use. So how had problems with the stove, Cindy responded immediately ( although it was already late) and found a solution. We can only recommend the property. But just to let you know, the 3rd room is downstairs and our kids were a bit afraid to sleep there alone - but also due to the thunderstorm we had pretty much every night🙈

Love the place! Monkeys right outside the window, ocean views and surrounded by jungle. The house is a large 1 bedroom with a large living room with cozy big couch, balcony off of the living room and big bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed and more so will definitely keep it at the top of our list for another visit - very soon I hope.

I really liked the location. It is a very comfortable and safe house. I was able to visit different beaches in a very short time. The house has a very large patio and you can have a very good time as a family. The Caribbean monkeys was the center of attention and being so close to them makes it a wonderful experience. The house offered everything I and my family need to have a pleasant stay. Everything is very organized and clean.

This stay was a fun adventure—like camping but with the comfort of a room! It would make a great camping-style getaway for a family. The location was fantastic, just about five minutes from the beach and with eateries in both directions. A couple of things to keep in mind: there’s only a fan for cooling, and the water is cold, but after a day at the beach, it’s actually quite refreshing! Overall, a unique and enjoyable experience for those looking for a simple, nature-inspired stay. Can't recommend enough.

This place is absolute heaven! The view from the balcony is to die for and my children loved the pool. Everything was just perfect, the house is amazing and the decor is really stunning. We spent a month here and it was one of the best months of our lives. Dominicalito is out of this world - jungle and beach!!! My daughter went surfing everyday and there is local football for my son. The surrounding area means you can scuba dive, horse ride along the beach and there is a stunning waterfall 5 min walk. I ran on the beautiful beach everyday and the locals were just fabulous inviting us to the local Kareoke on the beach 🏖️ the host was so helpful and we had no problems as everything ran smoothly in the house. Security is so professional Nd checks everyone in and out. We didn’t have a car and found walking really invigorating - especially up the hill. If you love nature you couldn’t ask for more - watch the monkeys at breakfast from the balcony - thanks so much for this epic adventure ❤️

An incredible stay in the trees! Waking up to the sound of birds after a storm was the highlight. We booked a single night between travel days and wished we had more time!

Pura Vida - Great host and location. Walkable to the beach and several restaurants. Calm oasis in the back yard, where we could see Tucans, howler monkeys and an array of birds! Host is very responsive and we also appreciated having air conditioning as well as a washer / dryer. Uvita is a great place to visit with a ton of fun activities, and having the small pool onsite was really nice to escape the hot midday sun. The full kitchen is also a bonus. Modern, easy - with good WiFi and a good host. The howler moneys did wake us up in the morning, but that was actually pretty cool alarm clock - although they sounded like a sick dog!!! We stayed at 3 places, all of which said you’d see moneys, never saw any and we saw them all from the comfort of the shaded porch here.

From the moment we arrived, Greg and Lisa made us feel completely at home with their warmth and hospitality. Our first impression of Beachhouse Incognito truly took our breath away—the stunning pool, with the sound and sight of waves crashing just beyond, set the perfect tone. The bungalow was exactly what we hoped for: cool, cozy, and inviting. But the real magic happened on the porch, where we sipped our morning coffee and watched a parade of wildlife—iguanas, coatis, agoutis, hummingbirds, and so many lizards. Evenings brought more delight as we grilled our dinners by the pool and spotted bats flitting overhead. At night, thunderstorms rolled in, making everything feel even more magical. Most of our days were spent floating in the pool and simply relaxing, but we also loved exploring the local culture of Dominical. Highlights included ceviche at Fuego Brewery, outstanding chicken wings at Jolly Roger Bar, and spotting capuchin monkeys at La Parcela. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this home! You are immersed in nature, with howler monkeys early in the morning, macaws, yellow throated Toucan, Mealy Amazon parrot birds and so many more everywhere. We got to see white faced monkeys in the trees right behind the house, and at the beach. The kids loved the pool and the beach is a short walk away. The beach is amazing and usually there is not another person in sight, very private. The kitchen is great too we grilled out almost every night lots of fresh fish, the grocery store is a short drive as well. So much to do and see, I would highly recommend this place.

The view from this villa is incredible. Looking out from the patio, you can see all the way to the ocean. Our concierge, Oscar, was incredibly responsive and kindly worked with us to check in when we arrived later than expected. He also left us some delicious mango and watermelon! The location listed is slightly inaccurate to where the villa actually is, but it still provided easy access to the main Dominical area. Also, definitely bring 4 wheel drive as the hosts suggest, as it's a steep climb to the house. We would definitely rent from this group again!

Super cute and convenient! Thoughtful design, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and laundry was a real bonus! Surprisingly quiet and private as well. Hosts were wonderful, patient, helpful and acommodating. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

I enjoyed this space a lot! It has a lot of character and it’s perfect for getting some good rest inside or out! The pool area is enjoyable and in general the outside area is beautiful/quiet. The bathroom is huge (shower and toilet inside) and the living room/bed area is perfect for two or even three! This is all depending on how much space you need. If you’re driving - you’ll have a parking spot for your car. We had to the pleasure of meeting Terry’s husband and he was very helpful in letting us inside the gate and with his overall friendliness. Lastly, Terry and her husband will share a ton of info with you prior to arriving. Address, Restaurants, things to do, WiFi, etc. This helped immensely.

We had an exceptional 3 nights. Everything was very clean, the bed is very large and very comfortable. The pool is ideal and the view is breathtaking, you can directly see the waves that flow on the sand and you are lulled by the sound of the waves. We had a wasp nest issue and Osa Property settled our concern in just a few hours. They are very responsive and attentive. We had a crush on this apartment.

This place is SO MUCH nicer than what's allowed in the photos. Our host was very welcoming and communication was easy. The unit is right in the middle of the jungle, so we had all kinds of interesting and photo-worthy wild passersby. Despite being in a condominium the property seemed to have the right amount of isolation and privacy. And the beach !!!!, almost lonely, you arrive on a trail that you enter peace of mind to relax, I went with my 4 month old baby and it was very easy to access the baby car to the beach, you will find a lot of shade under the lush trees, which helped keep cool and a good rest from my baby. There are many restaurants in the area, and if you don't want to go out by a supermarket and shopping to prepare your meals, the kitchen is fully stocked, or you can walk on the beach at Villa Eleonor a local restaurant, arrive on time because it takes a little time to serve the food, We'll be back soon

Perfect, so I would summarize my experience, excellent hosts, friendly, always in communication, attentive, helpful, among others very good qualities. The place is wonderful, private, safe, with an incredible air of peace, very close to everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, beaches). The house is very beautiful, spacious, tidy, full air, fully equipped, nothing more to ask for. Geizel and her husband's recommendations, super accurate, matapalo beach and Linda are beautiful, Dominical has an excellent atmosphere, the restaurant la Langoza Feliz 10/10, and so many that didn't give us time, but we'll be back very soon. In short, it is a place that far exceeded my expectations, mega recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

amazing stay in Dominical. central and peaceful place. not disturbed by noise. the kitchen lacks equipment (no toaster, 2 small stoves only. But we can deal with it. totally recommend!!!

Stephanie and Chris's place was perfect for our larger group of 5 adults and 4 children. We stayed in all 4 rooms and it was like having a hotel to ourselves. Location was great in the heart of Dominical town. The food and cocktails were amazing from Las Juntas restaurant right on the property right in front. Great hosts, fun atmosphere. It was hard to leave!

Terrific location. Right on the beach. A 5 minute (or less) walk to Playa Arcos which is in my opinion the best beach in the area (just note you can only access in low tide). The house itself has 3 bedrooms all with own bathrooms which come in handy with a group. Very clean. Airy. Has all you need. Easy driving distance to Uvita (all shops and restaurants). Just note that the dirt road to get in (about 1km) has massive potholes in it. Our friends drove in a sedan, they made it, but we had to take all the passengers and gear out as they kept bottoming out. 4x4 recommended. Highly recommend - we'll be back.

Location! Location! Location!!! This Airbnb could not be in a more ideal spot if you want to be in the epicenter of Dominical. You are just steps away from incredible yoga studios, cafes, restaurants, shops, and more! You’re also just a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you are looking for a quiet escape you will want to look elsewhere, but if you are wanting to be in the heart of the action - this is your spot! We have a 1 year old baby and we found the noise to be a challenge for his sleep, so we reached out to the Airbnb host about our issue. He was incredibly hospitable and wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to come up with a great solution to meet our needs. It is clear that the host cares deeply about the experience of his guests and we greatly appreciated all he did to make sure we had a positive stay.

Evan's place is excellent, it exceeded expectations. Comfortable, very good taste in all the details, quality utensils, all top-notch devices. The rooms, showers, pool, kitchen in impeccable condition. Evan and Mari the administrator's attention was very kind and efficient, always attentive to what was needed. I recommend this place to any guest, it's one of the best we've rented both nationally and overseas. I really enjoy my family. Many thanks Mari and Evan.
