It is a brand new, comfortably equipped apartment with a size of approximately 37 square meters including a bicycle cubicle (a room in the corridor next to the entrance door to the apartment). The undisputed advantage is its own parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of the building B Residence Pod Zámkem. Apartment is fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

If you share a passion for bicycles, come and we will safely store them in the cellar. Parking 7 min walk from the apartment, paid 50 CZK/day. Tourism fee 50 CZK/day + person needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Prostorný, klidný, prosluněný, plně vybavený byt. Nachází se v 2.patře bytového domu a umožňuje výhled na Dunajovské kopce a nedaleký Mikulov. V ceně není zahrnut turistický poplatek. POZOR!!! Pro ty kdo se chtějí hlasitě bavit s alkoholem ve večerních hodinách, není toto ubytování vhodné. Nutné dodržovat noční klid od 22h a respektovat tak ostatní obyvatele. Parkování u domu.
