The place was very well equipped, quiet, super clean, with a huge common living room/kitchen space so that 4 adults and 2 young children don't step on each other's toes;) Karl responded quickly to our questions. A place worth a visit!! Ideal place if you are looking for accommodation between Saguenay and St Félicien. The location of the Airbnb is ideal for visiting the surroundings of Saguenay. The hosts are lovely and helpful as we rarely see. Everything was available in the accommodation, as if we were at home. Very clean accommodation and located in a quiet area. Parking and garden available. Don't miss a stop at this accommodation during your stay in the Quebec City area. We recommend 100%!

Communication 5 star Location 5 star. 4 min to the hospital. Included amenities - 4 star. Appliance wise you have everything you need including washer and dryer. In kitchen though for consumables you have salt and pepper and that is it. I always enjoy places that have basics that avoid needing to do a FULL grocery trip. $10 in dollar store spices, some cooking oil, etc would last 6 months plus and and save hassles of buying oil when all you need is 30 ml for cooking eggs or whatever. Apartment itself - 3.5 stars. It is clean. It has everything you need but is basic. Photos are accurate and it is perfectly fine and offers good value for money. Be aware the only view on the water is from the kitchen window. The living room and bedroom look onto the road (no idea what the original builder was thinking). Patio has nice view but there is no table to sit around. BBQ was great to have. All in all would come back.
