Cabin holiday rentals in Dobbiaco

We just got back from 7 days here and it was great. The house was exactly as described, yes mostly original from 1956! (new kitchen appliances and bathroom!) but everything was in excellent condition and functional, quite comfortable for a family of 4 and dog. We did very much appricieate the detail and atmosphere of the place, all very cool. The living/dining space was perfect for hanging out and the deck provided great views of the surrounding mountains. A small perk that isn't evident from the posting is that despite it being in a neighborhood (the '56 Olympic Village) this house sits more or less "alone" on the corner so you don't have any direct neighbors which makes it feel a little more secluded in the woods. The location is a short car ride (<10 min) from San Vito di Cadore which is a great little mountain town with good restaurants and cafes. We truly had a wonderful time here. Thanks Duccio!

An absolutely fantastic stay in the mountains! The alpine hut in the Lesachtal exceeded all our expectations - surrounded by beautiful nature, with hiking trails right outside the door and numerous birds of prey, alpine jackdaws, alpine swifts and even vultures that we could observe. The hut itself is authentic, cozy and very clean - equipped with everything you need on an alpine pasture: a gas kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a very special flair. The jacuzzi at 1600 m altitude was a unique experience! Barbecuing with a view of the mountains was also unforgettable. Friendly cows grazed in the area and the fresh mountain spring water directly at the house rounded off the natural experience. Madlyn was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. A clear recommendation for all those who seek peace, nature and originality!

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, we ate well both at lunch and pizza in the evening. We have already booked for August!

We had a wonderful stay in Borca di Cadore. Driving time to Cortina d’Ampezzo was 20 minutes! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The only small detail was that we had to ask the owner to increase the temperature in the house by one degree, but they were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

A perfect stay, beauty cabin, beautiful area! thoroughly enjoyed keeping the fires burning for the food and the hot tub! Will definitely stay again.

From the communication before arrival, check-in and help during the stay, everything was great! The place was very clean and as described. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains. You have to know that it is a bit remote and that you are basically dependent on a car. Good restaurants are quickly reached, and leisure activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking trails are sufficiently available. We were six adults, a toddler and a dog in the house and garden and had more than enough space. Absolute recommendation for a quiet holiday in a very nice and clean accommodation - we will come back :)

Emanuela is an attentive and caring host, she welcomed us by giving us many valuable tips. The Ada chalet is a real wedding favors a few steps from many routes in the middle of the woods for which you do not need to take the car . The little house has all the comforts and the outdoor space is a plus for good weather to spend outdoors . We'll definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable at the place. We were able to cook all the desired dishes in the fabulously equipped kitchen and even wash laundry in the existing and impeccable washing machine. We were able to enjoy the quietness and the sun on the balcony. This is also great for breakfast or dinner. There is a small coop around the corner (supermarket), great for small errands(card payment possible). There is WiFi available which also works great, but as we have also worked online on site we can say that the WiFi is not stable enough for video conferencing. The pellet stove in the living room/kitchen is really great and also looks good, it warms up very quickly and the temperature can be controlled via a display on the side. What we found a little getting used to was that garbage disposal requires a 5-7 min walk to the main road, as there are the garbage containers.

Daniela was at the location when we arrived and showed us the way. The house is beautifully located in the mountains surrounded by a large garden, nice for our dogs. Lots of privacy. The house is reasonably centrally located in the north of Italy so that excursions to Venice, Lake Garda, Bolzano are easy to do. The area is beautiful and we have been able to take many beautiful walks. Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, in the sunshine with a view of the mountains, was a fantastic start to the day! Daniela was easily accessible via the app for questions and responded quickly. Shops at a reasonable distance. We'll definitely be back!

We spent a few days in this fabulous mountain cabin and can only describe the experience as perfect in every aspect. From the first moment we were impressed by the extreme attention to detail: every corner of the house is designed with love and attention, with warm furnishings, rustic but refined details and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The cabin is immersed in nature, quiet and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Everything inside is impeccable. An authentic, relaxing and restorative experience. We recommend this cabin to anyone looking for an escape in nature with maximum comfort and good taste. We will definitely be back!

Gabriella’s house is even better than on the pictures. It’s very well renovated and has everything you might need in winter or summer. We were lucky with the weather and could really enjoy the outdoor space with the magnificent view! Gabriella was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.

We were there with our 2 children and it was just gigantic. Huge, everything super clean and well equipped. Everything was super explained and easy. The sauna was great! The location, the view, the terrace and the fireplace - everything is fantastic! We will be back:)

Charming chalet... a paradise at the edge of the woods, for lovers of nature and tranquility. Super equipped, there's even a washing machine! Very clean, with everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. My husband and I had a wonderful time with our dogs. For those of us who have dogs, it is the ideal place, you can leave them free in safety, given the distance from the road and other houses. Sergio is a very kind and helpful host. We had no problems whatsoever, neither for check-in nor for check-out, with flexible hours. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, but work permitting, we will return in September, hoping for a beautiful season this time, to make up for it! Splendid view of the surrounding mountains... Thank you very much to Sergio for the hospitality! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this cabin was just amazing! Everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the kitchen, which really left nothing to be desired. There was everything you need for cooking, from pots and pans to dishes to useful little things. For cozy evenings, in case the weather doesn't play along, there was a great selection of games. So there was no boredom! Another highlight was the extensive barbecue equipment. There was everything you need for a successful barbecue evening: coal, lighter and even a barbecue tongs. It made planning really easy. We highly recommend this cabin and would be happy to come back!

We had a great time at the cabin. The garden is very nice and the accommodation very spacious. On site, you have everything you need and a fabulous view. By car, you can get to short excursions and the lake very quickly. You can certainly walk, but with a small child it is a bit too far. Paolo gave us great tips for excursions, which were also great for the little one.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The surroundings are breathtaking. We had the best night sleep of our trip here at this place. The shutters made it so dark in the room so we slept so deeply. It was just what we needed. Then, waking up to have your coffee with this most spectacular view is beyond amazing. A few notes for people who are going to stay here. The hills are steep to drive so make sure you have a good car. Also, the pool needs to be heated and it takes a while to do that so ask the host to turn it on early in the day if you are looking to go for an evening dip. They will be happy to do that but you must plan in advance. As far as the local food, we ate amazing pizza close by in walking distance. I cooked the other night and that was really fun because the kitchen is amazing. This place is amazing and we wish we were able to stay for a week or two.

A fantastic stay. Roberto will personally catch you and bring you to the house. After a short instruction, he immediately says goodbye so you can land and unpack in peace and quiet. If there is anything, you could always reach out to him. We were even allowed to check out from him later so that we could have a nice day in Italy on the day of departure. Top host!

We were a group of four at the alpine hut for a week and loved its location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information about the hut and activities in the surrounding area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic views. The cottage was equipped with all the things you need and fully corresponded to the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

Beautiful place with a really great view!!!! Then what to say everything is perfect within the reach of children..... A beautiful relaxation area with all the comforts you need...

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself
