Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. We only stayed here for half a day as we needed something close to the airport, and this place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is very pleasant – there’s a lovely coffee shop nearby with great cakes. Overall, a great little spot for a short stay. The host, Devinda, was very responsive and proactive, which we really appreciated.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

Had a womderful time staying over here. The stay itself was beautiful with a private pool and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were times where we did not want to leave the stay and go out and just chill at home!! Absolutely loved everything about the place!

West Winds House - Negombo

We (Sebastian and Anna with our three kids (2,4,6)) had a fantastic stay at Westwinds. It was the beginning of our three weeks Sri Lanka trip and a really good starting point. Although we arrived early in the morning (4:30am) it was no problem to check in. Nimanthi was already waiting for us and gave us a perfect introduction. During the days we had a couple of delicious breakfasts and dinners prepared by Nimanthi and her mum. The pool (we had to pay for but it was worth 100%) was a perfect place to cool down. Nimanthi was all the time available for us and arranged us a Tuk Tuk when needed and gave us tips for our stay in Sri Lanka. The kids could feel free to play everywhere. We were at Westwinds during the monsun, so there were no chance swimming at the sea. It‘s really too dangerous because of the waves. But we loved the all-day-wind and taking a walk at the beach. We can highly recommended this house and would definitely come back when being again in Sri Lanka.

This is a phenomenal property! Nothing to complain about. Everything you need is either already in the house or can be arranged. The host and the caretaker are very helpful. A 10/10 property. Just go for it.
