The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

In the old garden of our Eifel farmhouse, a historic circus wagon looks forward to its guests. We have restored the 8 meter long and 2.5 meter wide larch wood trailer with a lot of love for detail, expanded it and furnished it comfortably to match our quarry stone house in a combination of nostalgic Eifel charm and French country house style. For people who are in the mood for an extraordinary break in a special atmosphere, the circus wagon is just the thing!
