Always when I stay in this place I'm feel more than my own home.

Hosts were staying and relaxing.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests have access to a kitchen, dining area, and a lovely garden, which are great features. The shower is very small—I wasn’t able to enjoy a proper shower, so that could definitely be improved. While the listing doesn't mention a TV, I think adding one in the room would enhance the stay. Also, I reached out to the host through the app but didn’t receive a response, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be better

La Colonia is a great place for me and foreign tourists, so we enjoyed staying there. I really like it. I will come back to La Colonia again.

Luis and Rosanna are some of the sweetest most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even stocked the kitchen with food and water for us. Everything was clean. The WiFi worked great. Netflix and more available on the TV. Close to the ocean. Walkable to the Colonial District, plus other nearby restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, etc. it was perfect!

Excellent place. Nicol was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Mr. Pablo was very helpful. I was always looking out for us and assisting us in whatever we needed. The place is suuuper big, you can do many outdoor activities. Everything is excellent!

Mrs. Margarita, who welcomed us into the house, was like a mom to us, took care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The house is as such as in the photos, it is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay, from kitchen utensils to towels and clean sheets. In addition, you can have access to washing machines, the air dries clothes almost in a few hours! The house has air conditioning in the room and a fan on the social side, although it is a little heatable. It is important to know that there are puppies and cats around the property, but they are very tender and behave very well.

Good place to stay for a quick stay, easily accessible, and a very attentive host.

What a wonderful stay for me and my family! The place was beautiful, super clean, and with everything you need to have a peaceful and quiet stay. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool, and they keep asking if we are coming back soon. Carolina and Milagros were amazing communicators, and they would get back to me within 3 minutes of any request or question. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a 5-star stay. We'll be back very soon!

Wow, we loved staying at José's place. José and Josefina, the administrator, are so proactive, they made us feel at home, they were very attentive to every detail. We would definitely stay again and again, 10/10 🤩
