The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests have access to a kitchen, dining area, and a lovely garden, which are great features. The shower is very small—I wasn’t able to enjoy a proper shower, so that could definitely be improved. While the listing doesn't mention a TV, I think adding one in the room would enhance the stay. Also, I reached out to the host through the app but didn’t receive a response, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be better

Si te hospedas aquí, tienes suerte, pareja educada, respetuosa, amable, mi mejor experiencia air bnb en la capital santo domingo, tiene piscina y para hacer deporte, cinta de andar en la terraza azotea. Gracias por su atención y hacerme sentir como en casa.

Igual o mejor que las imágenes , limpio , cómodo , buena atención desde el momento de llegada . Buen acondicionamiento . Excelente !!! Fácil de encontrar con la ubicación .

La Colonia is a great place for me and foreign tourists, so we enjoyed staying there. I really like it. I will come back to La Colonia again.

Luis and Rosanna are some of the sweetest most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even stocked the kitchen with food and water for us. Everything was clean. The WiFi worked great. Netflix and more available on the TV. Close to the ocean. Walkable to the Colonial District, plus other nearby restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, etc. it was perfect!

Excelente lugar. Nicol fue muy atenta y respondía cualquier pregunta que tenía. El Sr. Pablo fue de mucha ayuda. Siempre estaba pendiente de nosotros y nos asistía en lo que necesitáramos. El lugar es suuuper grande, puedes hacer muchas actividades al aire libre. Todo excelente!

Beautiful unit. Very spacious. Close to the grocery store and close to the mall. Really responsive host. The unit very affordable. I definitely recommend this host.

La señora Margarita, quien nos recibió en la casa fue como una mamá para nosotros, nos cuido y ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. La casa es tal cual en las fotos, esta muy limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia larga, desde utensiliosde cocina hasta Toallas y Sábanas limpias. Además, se puede tener acceso a lavadoras, el aire seca la ropa casi que en unas horas! La casa tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y ventilador en la parte social, aunque hace un poco de calor es soportable. Es importante saber que hay perritos y gatos alrededor de la propiedad, pero ellos son muy tiernos y se portan muy bien.

Buen alojamiento para estadía rápida de fácil acceso y una anfitriona muy atenta.

What a wonderful stay for me and my family! The place was beautiful, super clean, and with everything you need to have a peaceful and quiet stay. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool, and they keep asking if we are coming back soon. Carolina and Milagros were amazing communicators, and they would get back to me within 3 minutes of any request or question. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a 5-star stay. We'll be back very soon!

Wow nos encantóooo alojarnos en el alojamiento de José. José y Josefina la administradora, son tan proactivos nos hicieron sentir en casa, estuvieron muy pendientes de cada detalle. Sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos una y otra vez, 10/10 🤩
