Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

Excellent transport links to city centre by train or bus. 10 mins drive from Airport. Plenty of parking and use of garden area. Two showers and a jacuzzi bath. Lots of space to relax. Stag and hen groups welcome.

Absolutely loved my stay at Rose and Clare’s place! The room was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The area was peaceful and calm. All amenities were available as promised, making the stay very convenient. Clare and Rose were wonderful hosts - welcoming and respectful. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time! This was a private room in a multi-story home in the beautiful and peaceful Georgian Quarter, a quick walk to things like Peter Kavanaghs, Hope Street, the Knowledge Quarter, and Chinatown, a 10-25 minute walk to the city centre depending on where you're going. Danielle was very responsive and helpful when needed, the wifi worked well, people cleaned the shared spaces periodically, and the other guests were respectful and friendly. Tea and coffee were available, there was a good amount of cookware, a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and the place was heated & well furnished with the ability to eat at the table in the kitchen or in the living room. Liverpool is such a fun, artsy city and we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks, Danielle!
