Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dingle

A first rate accomodation in a wild and peaceful setting with a grand view of the "3 Sisters", Mt. Brandon and the wild Atlantic. High ceilings, lots of view windows including in the bedrooms and a fireplace. Great recreational loft space with TV, board games, foosball and darts. Hiking opportunities and the grand town of Dingle short minutes away by car.

Amazing House..Views are incredible. Very comfortable house. Mary is really nice a helpful. 2nd time at Skellig View. Can't wait to return.

What a great stay at a beautifully well appointed home. Plenty of space and lots nice touches to make you feel welcome. Siobhan was awesome and so friendly. Her communication was quick and timely. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Several pleasant interactions with Frances prior to arrival. We were greeted by Ed who shared history of family home and nearby recommendations of attractions and restaurants, all which were excellent. Beautifully maintained and furnished, unmatched views of the water, and felt like home. Also included wine, eggs, cheese and crackers, snacks, several coffee and tea selections. Our stay here was the best part of our two week trek though England, Scotland and Ireland and truly was magical!

We expected a beautiful accomodation from the pictures but still were blown away when we arrived. The house itself is beautifully decorated but the real prize is the beautiful view - especially from the upper floor. We spent all our evenings in front of that window, marveling at the waves breaking on the cliffs and the beautiful sunset. We also were happy that there was no T.V. since that would have been an unnecessary distraction in a place such as this. Many thanks to Deirdre for her quick and direct help and thanks to Susan for having us. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very comfortable week at Jim and Maud’s place. It was lovely to be met by them and get their recommendations. The view from the house is beautiful and being lucky with the weather we were able to take advantage of the south facing area. We particularly enjoyed visits to Garinish and Dirsey Islands and the Beara peninsula.

Loved it. Good communication with Rory. When we had questions, we asked them via the app and got the answer back sooner then we expected. When in a new surrounding, that's comforting. Thanks again

Fantastic stays. Hosts very warm and welcoming and have a peaceful, retreat like space in the woods. Very replenishing to be there.

Everything is alright, no complaints. House looks decent, bed and bathrooms were good. Just they menctioned dishwasher is avaliable its a bit misleading, other than that its a great place to stay

This was a wonderful and quiet getaway with beautiful views! It was very clean and Hilary and John were very helpful and kind.

Fantastic Accommodation. Beautiful , spacious and bright. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Was truly like home from home. Beautiful scenery from our bedroom and living room, overlooking the mountains. It was so peaceful. We used as a base for visiting family in the surrounding area, and it was perfect. We met Anne, who was so warm & friendly, honesty couldn't do enough for us. Orla was friendly & helpful , she got back to us promptly with queries we had & information regarding our stsy. We got great directions on how to find the apartment. A short drive from Glengarriff town with pubs & restaurants. I would recommend Davitts restaurant & Thee Olive Tree in Kenmare for a lovely meal, but you will need to book in advance as it's very busy. We will definitely be returning, and have recommend to family and friends. Thank you Anne & Orla for being such great hosts. Best wishes, to you both and all the family too. John was communicative and helpful from the get go. His place was easy to find and access. As others have said it is in the heart of the town, making it close to everything, but also a bit loud on a weekend - a white noise machine took care of all that though. Great spot and very convenient!

Mary is a lovely host, good communication and really clear instructions. The apartment was spotless and really comfortable. Great powerful shower too! Perfect location as part of our Wild Atlantic Way road trip.

My family stayed in Glengarriff for 3 nights during our 2 week trip to Ireland. This place is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. Flowers were blooming everywhere. The landscaping was truly breathtaking. The house is huge and had plenty of space though we spent much of the time outdoors enjoying the gardens as the weather was really nice while we were there. The town of Glengarriff had several restaurants and pubs and is a very short drive from the house. Alan was very responsive from booking to check-out. I highly recommend this gem of a house.

My family loved being here for Christmas. It is one of the most beautiful settings we’ve ever seen and so incredibly peaceful. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very well appointed for our family of five.

We had two families (9 people) staying for a special occasion. Ages from 12 to 90. The ground floor bedroom with balcony is stunning in the evening. There is so much outdoor space, the kids loved the little football pitch. The location was great, walking distance to the town, the beach and pitch & putt. We had a few queries coming up to the stay and during and all were responded to. We were very lucky to have stayed here.

Unique house and surroundings, great to have the gardens to explore and the small beach on your doorstep. Breakfast was excellent and Jessica and her husband were excellent hosts.
