It is located in the Las Victorias neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown by car and 10 blocks from Lake Nahuel Huapi. Equipped for 2 people, with a double bed, dishes, a stove with 2 burners, an electric oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator under the counter. It has an electric oven and also natural gas, a microwave, a refrigerator, a blender, good cooking equipment, an outdoor grill with utensils, 2 bicycles, and a kayak
