A very beautiful view of the lake and the city. The location is convenient, close to the center. The photo and description match. Clean, cosy, warm flat. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. The pool in the complex is very warm and clean. It's a great place to spend time with a child. We are glad that we chose this option for a vacation. Responsive host.

The apartment is clean, aesthetic and cute. The facilities work excellently, you have everything to cook if you wish, and all the necessary utensils. I must emphasize the beautiful treatment they gave me both with the check-in and with the checkout, since I had changes in my flights and they were always very responsive and kind about it. The location has a unique and beautiful view, it is close to supermarkets and places to shop as well as public transport stops

The accommodation in Florence, exceeded our expectations, super comfortable, pleasant. The view is wonderful, priceless. Quiet area to enjoy as a family. We were very comfortable, we were able to enjoy the pool. Super recommended. Maria Ines was very kind to us and we communicated very well. I hope we can return soon.

The apartment is spotless (amenities, heating, cleaning, decor, everything!!) and the view is beautiful… it's a few blocks from downtown but worth it. I would come back a thousand times (I would only be attentive to the high season of graduates because it is in the heart of the nightlife area)... it is worth noting the attention of Florencia, the girl who received us! Thank you very much to her for the affection and dedication! Without a doubt… I RECOMMEND

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

Rosario and her father were very attentive, and from the first moment they welcomed us kindly. The apartment is in a very quiet area and quite accessible to Playa Bonita, breweries, food places and there are bus stops nearby. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with everything you need to stay a couple of days. Spectacular, we would definitely be back!

The house is unbeatable. Better than what you can see in the photos. Location close to the civic center and the main walks and ski centers. The place is safe and has many amenities. It is very warm and all the rooms are always warm from floor to ceiling. The beds are super comfortable and the blankets and pillows are good quality. Everything is extremely new, clean and in perfect condition. The bathrooms are huge, with a good shower and shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. The machine washes and dries clothes, which is very good. The kitchen is FULLY equipped to do everything, with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, bread toaster, and many other things. The grill and the outside patio are very nice with wood and charcoal available. It is by far the best cabin in Bariloche. An important point for Nora's attention and kindness, which is readily available to clarify everything and help with whatever is needed. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to choose it

We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. We had wonderful days in Bariloche! We were greeted with kindness and appetizers, chocolates, coffee and a delicious wine! Pablo and Giorgina are always very attentive! Carolina is one of the best hosts I ever met. Extremely attentive, super thoughtful, anticipated queries, providing tips and suggestions. She is a very responsible and committed person. My flight was leaving in the afternoon night of a rainy day and was very friendly and flexible with check out time. The depot is exactly as seen in the photos and is described. It has all the necessary utensils and basic cooking stuff. The bed is very comfortable, as is the chair. Everything was spotless and clean. There were cold days that didn't feel xq everything was very well heated. I recommend visiting at least once the Deto de Caro, they will not regret it; I will definitely go back not well to have a chance.

This apartment had an amazing and peaceful view of the lake, which made our time at home even more memorable. It’s a new construction unit, with all the amenities one desires. We also made use of the central heated pool of the complex which was a great experience.

We had a comfortable 7 days stay. Great location, walking distance to the restaurants in downtown, 2 supermarkets, a near kiosk for last minute shopping and to the downtown. The view is beautiful and the building is quiet. Also, high speed internet for zoom meetings. Really comfy to work from the sofa watching the lake or from the desk. Bariloche was cold and windy but the apartment felt just right to not need to wear additional layers inside. Lucas was very responsive and attentive. Ah, and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen to prepare full breakfasts and snacks. Thanks!

Very nice apartment, very pleasant and well decorated / well equipped. The large bay windows and terrace offer magnificent lake views. The host and on-site support are attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely stay there. We recommend it.

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!
