Very friendly communication and great place. I was on site for work and had everything I needed on site. Shopping is easy to reach on foot. Very pleasant stay and very nice through the small balcony.

We had lovely days at the property. The oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is bright, friendly and very cozy. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and overall you can see how much attention to detail is put into it. The accommodation is simply perfect, especially with children - everything has been thought of! A real highlight was the fantastic library - the heart of small and large bookworms beats faster. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to the next time!

Excellent apartment with everything you want, excellent bed for a great night's sleep. From 1 to 10, an 11 for this apartment and owner. Beautiful, charming, bright and inviting apartment. Simone is very nice and accommodating. We were able to get in a little earlier and were even allowed to stay a few hours longer. The apartment is very tasteful, high-quality and lovingly furnished. Simone even took the trouble to make two brochures and several instructions for the guests. The area is beautiful! We felt very comfortable.

Idyllic, quiet location. In summer, certainly an ideal starting point for cycling or other activities. Communication, check-in, etc. Everything super flexible and hassle-free. Apartment as shown and described in the pictures.

Iris is a super host. The apartment is well equipped, very well maintained and you have your own small, sunny terrace. The accommodation is excellently located to make various excursions (hikes, culture, etc.). The city of Kempten is only 10 minutes away. Perfect for a getaway in the mountains!

Staying at Viktor’s place near Kempten was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is cozy and welcoming, but what made our stay truly special were Viktor and his wife. They are incredibly kind, warm-hearted people and wonderful to talk to. It felt more like visiting old friends than staying in a rental. We’re deeply grateful for their hospitality and the beautiful memories we take with us.

We have loved our stay! Appartment is very bright and spacious. It has all necessary amenities and utensils. Kris is a very reliable host and is always responsive to the messages. Appartment Looks exactly like on the photos and the descriptions are true! The view outside the window is breathtaking! We definitely recommend the place and will return whenever we get a chance. Our stay at Petra's place was really good. The apartment is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in a residential area with excellent parking. It is very convenient to get to the motorway and the town center which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary coffee the host provided for our welcome. If we will be in the area again, we will definitely stay there if it is available.

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. Any questions were always answered very promptly. For the journey by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and the surroundings offer many excursion possibilities. Gladly again:)

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.
