A great place with clean room, nice decoration and peaceful atmosphere. Especially, the host - Helen is very friendly and helpful. She took care us from tiny things. Thank you Helen for support me at the last minutes. Highly recommend to enjoy La Vita villa!

Our two families of 4 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 13 - 10 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Ti Hon House. The host Hien, was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay, organising motorbikes, recommending eateries and tours and providing great advice on where to go and what to do in and around Hoi An. The house itself was beautiful and well furnished with comfortable beds and clean linen. The private pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the kids enjoyed morning and evening swims. The house is spread out across three levels with two bedrooms on each level so those with mobility issues might struggle. The location is somewhat rural with vocal roosters and dogs nearby but this was easily fixed with earplugs for the light sleepers. The house is about a 10 min walk into the Old Town but we found using Grab or motorbikes the most convenient. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings with a lovely host!

There were 12 adult families staying. It's a 3-4 bedroom, but they also showed me a 5-bedroom, so I had a comfortable rest. When you come to the villa, the chefs choose from Korean, Italian, and Vietnamese. Breakfast restaurant in the resort is also available after paying separately. Resort Main Swimming Pool is also available 24 hours a day. At night, chefs provide all kinds of meat and seafood barbecue parties. In conclusion, it was a successful trip to Da Nang.

This was a great place to relax with my young family after the hustle and bustle of days spent in the old town. Some nice little walks nearby (especially the Vegetable Village). The host was extremely accomodating and responsive.

I stayed in E4 and was very satisfied. The villa and service was excellent, with a responsive butler and a support chat group. Despite checking in at 1 AM, the butler guided me well, and the room was ready with lights and AC on. The pool was small but clean, and YouTube was available on the TV. The only minor downsides were that the bed was not very soft and the villa was not the newest but overall, it was great. I will definitely come back! ❤️

The sea is right in front and there is a swimming pool and restaurant next to the accommodation. It's also very convenient to play in the private pool and go back and forth to the main pool. You can get services such as regular accommodations such as easy check-ins using buggy cars. The accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine and detergent. The host was kind, and the resort staff were all so kind.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

Great place to stay for a group of friends in Danang. Everything is operated by the resort so cleanliness was assured

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly to SARAH, and it was a fireworks period in Da Nang, but they booked a sky36 bar vip stone in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with a flame burst right in front of me.

This trip was extremely important to both me and my family, and his team was there for us every step of the way. Win, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! This house is simply wonderful—secure and tranquil. The beach? Stunning! It's a perfect spot for families and larger groups. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast together. I would give this Airbnb a solid 10, and I can't wait to come back again. Our extended family of my parents and my brother's family of 3 children loved our stay here at the villa. The pool was perfect for three small children to play there all day and in the afternoon we went to play on the beach. The location is fantastic. The sand is soft, the waves are gentle. We didn't feel the need to go out very much from the resort. And when we did the housekeeper was very helpful to order taxis that came very promptly. We also founs it very convenient to order food from the restaurant and we did a grocery run to Lotte Mart as well to keep the villa stocked with food and drinks. All in all a great vacation and we would love to come back some day.

Had a great time here. I only planned to be there one night, but because it was so nice to book another night. Công Viêt a super host, and I was even helped plan my next trip to Hue. Can't be excited enough about this place!

My family had a very comfortable and quiet time while staying here. The place is very clean and well-furnished. The area around the houseis not crowded and noisy, it is very interesting to have a rest after visiting the old town.

Thu and her husband are one of the best hosts that I've ever met on Airbnb. The host tried their best to support our trip and make sure we go to the other destination safely. They helped us to get local food and gave out great advice about what should we do in HoiAn. The rooms here are big, clean, and convenient. It just took us around 5 mins to Hoi An old town by taxi. The pool here is also clean and nice. Close to the place is a small local market that easily to get food. Overall, my family had a great experience during our time in HoiAn. Once again, thanks for taking the time to help me and my family. I appreciate your gift of food when checking out.

The hosts were fantastic, allowed us to check in slightly earlier and were super helpful with local recommendations and booking tours. Highly recommend staying here, would definitely come back.

Had such an amazing stay at Chans, he was super helpful with anything we needed. The place was beautiful and even more spacious than we expected. And a 5 minute walk to everything you need. He brought us lovely local food and had karaoke set up for us which was so fun! Thanks so much!

Firstly, it was our first time visiting Vietnam and Hoi An from South Africa, with family joiningfrom Barcelona. What a brilliant find this villa was, for 6 of us to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. An absolutely beautiful Villa. We loved our stay here! It was so peaceful and quiet, as well as very clean. Bed was really comfy. Staff were friendly and kind. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool. Location was good - tucked away from the traffic but still easy to get to the Old Town by bike or a short Grab ride. Very easy for Grab drivers to find or deliver to. Definitely an amazing stay for a great price! Would stay again :)
