It is the best family retreat. You can stay in the villa and relax in the hot weather without walking around a lot. In the villa, you can also use breakfast directly as room service when ordering separately, and Grab is also available, but you can also use a car comfortably without much difference. The villa has all the tools to make food, so it would be a good idea to buy something to eat in advance at Lotte Mart, etc. The villa staff are all nice and friendly.

This is very near to Hoi An and we had a great time at the villa. the place looks like the photos and I liked it that we get to leverage on the facilities within the hotel resort. Theres a lovely private beach and huge pool. Theres even a private pool within the villa. Place is clean and very conducive for a relax holiday with family.

The accommodation is very cute ,cozy and warm, suitable for families. There are many convenient facilities. The location of the accommodation is close to tourist attractions. You can walk around the old town all day long. I'm very impressed with the host. He helped me and my family very well. He also recommend local restaurants and travel plans for my family.😊 Finally, I recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to Hoi An. I guarantee you will have a great vacation and a good friendship from the host as well.

Six years ago, I was satisfied using the Ocean Villa with my family, so I went back this time by recommending this accommodation while going to Da Nang with my acquaintances again.The condition of the bathroom or kitchen was a little low, but I enjoyed it comfortably while it was almost tidy.In particular, the swimming pool attached to the accommodation and the large swimming pool were well maintained, so it was good for children to play in the water, and it was comfortable to have a life jacket.The bar food next to the large swimming pool is also good for Korean taste, and carbonara cream is the best ^ ^ I want to go again ~

The villa in Cam Kim, Hoi An, is peaceful and beautifully situated by the Thu Bon River, offering unique activities that made our stay unforgettable. We celebrated my father’s birthday with a special BBQ dinner prepared by the in-house head chef, showcasing refined Vietnamese cuisine. We also joined a cooking class with Ms. My, where we learned about Hoi An’s culture through its food—an enriching and heartfelt experience. Thank you, Elis, Paul, and the Villa Flora team, for your warmth and care. You gave us more than just a place to stay—you gave us priceless memories we’ll always cherish.

Cleanliness - generally ok however outside room on patio and jacuzzi could have been better cleaned value or money - for the price paid, definitely. its luxurious and they use high quality brands location - many grab and grab food couldnt find and ended up they cancel

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

I loved staying here and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hoi An. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. There were so many great amenities available too such as a pool, gym and beach. I would definitely come back again if I was in Hoi An.

Great apartment for families! Beds were amazing and overall we had amazing days here. The negative was that the shower had a low pressure and the furnitures are getting a bit old. Pool and sunbeds on the rooftop had an amazing view!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect- right across from My Khe beach, super convenient. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. Nguyen is a very kind and generous host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central convenient gateway!
