Holiday rentals with a patio in Điện Bàn

We loved our stay at Ocean View Home! Our 2-bedroom apartment had an amazing view of the mountains and the river. The butler was welcoming and attentive. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a good stay at Tim's comfortable bed and big TV, good communication and great amenities.

🇨🇵 Parfaitement ravis de notre séjour chez Thanh Tra, nous avons choisi de le prolonger ! Le studio était ravissant, bien équipé, et nous avons bien profité du magnifique accès aux piscines et à la plages. Nous avons pu profiter d'un concert, d'un buffet de fruit de mer, et de super petits restaurants et cafés locaux dans les environs. Thanh Tra et Tonny se sont très bien occupés de nous, je recommande vivement.

We loved our stay at Hoàng Tân’s apartment. The space is clean, bright, and has everything you’ll need for a perfect stay. The amenities are amazing! We stayed for over 1 week and enjoyed our time at the pool and walking the beautiful grounds. The beach access was amazing too. There are many areas to relax and enjoy a meal or drink. Convenient onsite gym, too. It was easy to get a grab into town or have food delivered. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

טין בן אדם ומארח מושלם ! היה לי ממש נהדר להיות בדירה אצלו. המקום רחוק מאזור הרעש והיה לי נעים לישון ולהתגורר היה לי את המרחב לעצמי בדירה גדולה ונעימה ילד עם מקלחת מפנקת. בנוסף היה כיף שהמטבח היה משותף ככה שיצאה לי לפגוש עוד דיירים ולהרגיש חברה. למרות שטין לא גר בנכס הוא היה עונה ממש מהר ונותן שירות מצויין ברגע שהייתי צריך!!

The apartment is exactly like shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and also entertaining when the local farmers lead their cattle and goats along the way. The location is half way between Da Nang City and Hoi An, so a good fit, if you like it more quiet and enjoy riding a scooter 20 min to either one of those two destinations. There is a local restaurant where they play loud music and karaoke in the evening (mostly on the weekends) but they finish latest around 10 pm. You can rent a scooter directly with the hotel staff which is comfortable.

Minh and family are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, especially the bathrooms with enormous baths. The living space is shared with Minhs family and other guests, but you can store things in their fridge and use equipment. It is a 15 minute walk to the ancient town. There is a pleasant outdoor table and chairs to use as well. I enjoyed the balcony in the room.

Great stay and great location! Only thing to note is that there is no AC in the main room, but the bedrooms get cold.

The accommodation is very cute ,cozy and warm, suitable for families. There are many convenient facilities. The location of the accommodation is close to tourist attractions. You can walk around the old town all day long. I'm very impressed with the host. He helped me and my family very well. He also recommend local restaurants and travel plans for my family.😊 Finally, I recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to Hoi An. I guarantee you will have a great vacation and a good friendship from the host as well.

It was a great place to spend the week. There were a decent amount of family and children if you don’t mind that. But the privacy of the villa allowed the opportunity to relax without the commotion of a hotel which was incredible. The interior of the villa was very modern and pristine. It was also nice having washer and dryer in unit for laundry. The beach was nice and private as well with a beautiful view of the coastline. I would highly recommend this villa. And the host was amazing and very responsive. You can also rent scooters through the hotel which is a must do experience to adventure around.

6년전 가족들과 오션빌라 저택을 이용하고 만족스러워 이번에 다시 지인가족들과 다낭 가면서 여기숙소를 추천하여 다시 갔다.욕실이나 주방 컨디션이 조금 떨어졌지만 거의 깔끔하고 있는동안 편안히 즐기다왔다.특히,숙소에 딸린 수영장과 대형수영장 물관리가 잘 되어 아이들이 물놀이 하기 좋았고 구명조끼가 비치되어 편했다.대형수영장 옆 bar 음식도 한국 입맛에 잘 맞고 까르보나라 크림이 최고^^ 또 가고싶다~

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
