The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Villas in Da Nang! The two-bedroom apartment was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the standout features was the daily cleaning service, which kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Having private beach access was a real treat—peaceful, clean, and never crowded. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay by the beach. We’d love to come back!

One of the nicest Airbnb hosts I’ve ever interacted with. The place is perfect as well, everything is cozy and is the perfect place to even work from the computer from. Extended my stay as this place has everything you need! Also is nice and quiet, love working from here :)

It was a lovely apartment with housekeeping service, close to the beach. Highly recommend!

everything you could ask for. it was great for our 10 month old who started walking and had grass and open space right outside the patio door. staff was attentive, wifi was fast, quiet gated community. it does take about 20 mins to get into town but you can always order grab food.

Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

가족 단위 휴양지로 최고 입니다. 더운 날씨에 많이 돌아다니지 않고 빌라에 머물면서 편히 쉴수 있습니다. 빌라에서는 별도 주문시 조식도 직접 룸서비스로 이용 할수 있으며, 그랩도 이용할수 있겠지만 큰 비용 차이 없이 차량도 편하게 이용도 가능 합니다. 빌라에는 음식을 해 먹을수 있는 도구가 모두 있어 롯데마트 등에서 미리 먹을 걸 사서 가는것도 좋은 생각일듯 합니다. 빌라 스탭들도 모두 착하고 친절 합니다.

This is very near to Hoi An and we had a great time at the villa. the place looks like the photos and I liked it that we get to leverage on the facilities within the hotel resort. Theres a lovely private beach and huge pool. Theres even a private pool within the villa. Place is clean and very conducive for a relax holiday with family.

The villa was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was kept clean and the beach was just a short walk away, making it the perfect place to relax. Kate responded quickly and the staff at the villa were friendly and helpful- Xuan and Huong, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also great - quiet but convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. However, there is no convenience store in the area, the nearest which is about 2km away. Also, the housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. Overall, we had a great experience and would still recommend this villa, especially for families or groups looking for a private beach.

Travelled as a family of 5. Two very young kids (2.5 year old) and 9 months. You have to be mindful of the stairs but my little boy loved running around the villa, especially the stairs (great for burning his energy for a quality night rest) He also loved the pool and the main pool as well. The main pool next to Nep restaurant has a shallow pool perfect for kids height! You can order food from the restaurant directly or different choices from Grab. The host always answered all questions and provided assistance to everything we asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the team.
