Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Điện Bàn

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Had a lovely and comfortable stay here! The place was cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our host, Sunny, was super supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of Indian restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beachside escape!

Great location in Cam Thanh for a short or long stay. The pool was maintained very well. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Easy to bicycle to town, beach, markets, coffee, restaurants. The space itself is small but well equipped. We would definitely stay again. The bicycles were complimentary, which was a super nice touch!

숙소 사진과 동일합니다 위치는 비케비치 바로 앞이라 해변 접근성은 길만 건너면 도착이에요 호텔과 개인아파트가 같이 있는 건물인데 체크인전 짐을 맡기려면 15만동을 내야합니다(호텔 투숙객이 아니기에) 체크인은 제시간에 진행되었고 체크인전 호스트가 건물 로비로 와서 맞이해줍니다 객실 청소상태는 깔끔했으며 침구류도 숙면하기 좋았어요 무엇보다 수건 향이 좋아서 씻을때마다 상쾌했습니다 약간의 아쉬운점은 호스트의 메세지 답변 속도가 매우 느린편이며 건물 건너편이 미케비치인데 밤 8시가 넘어가면 매일 디제잉을 합니다 발코니 문을 닫아도 소리가 다 뚫고 들어오는터라 이른 시간에 잠들기는 힘들어요 그 외에는 이른 아침에 해도 잘들고 여러모로 좋았습니다 발코니에서 해지는걸 보는게 좋았어요 다른분들도 이곳을 고르실때 참고하시기 바라기에 상세히 적었습니다 저는 다음에도 재방 의사 있어요

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient, with easy access to local spots and transportation. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

We are 4 girls, who stayed for 4 nights at Thus villa, we had a great time, relaxing at the pool, and enjoying the lovely surroundings. The room was nice and clean. Thus and his family are the most wonderful and kind people, we have met. Our last night in the villa, Thus invited us to dinner, and made us some delicious food, all was for free, which we did not expect at all, it was a really nice gesture. Thank you so much!

Après avoir passé 2 nuit dans la frénésie de Hoi an, nous avons trouvé ce logement entre ville et plage. Ce fût une étape très reposante de notre voyage. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. La maison est moderne, parfaitement équipée avec des chambres spacieuses. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons pu nous faire à manger dans la grande pièce séjour cuisine. La maison est située au milieu des rizières, dans un complexe sécurisé avec jeux pour enfants et très grande piscine chauffée (pour cette dernière, le prix était de 40 000 par adulte et de 20 000 par enfant en mars 2025). L'hôte a été très réactive tout au long de notre séjour. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Thu and the family were extremely friendly and were so welcoming to the three of us. Always offering us tips on what to do and where to go. The bikes were perfect for getting around town and to the beach. Breakfast was also very tasty. The rooms were very clean. Would 100% reccomend for anyone wanting to stay somewhere a bit more peaceful than the town centre.

The location is ideal. By the canal/ river but far eneough away from the bars, cafes and nightlife to be quiet. Walking distance to the old city and bars and entertainment. Breakfast by the pool provided by the host made life easy to start the day. A very convenient place to be and the room serviced daily. We loved it.

This homestay is just great. Nice host, who booked a flight and transport just in 5 min and even cheaper than all I found. The pool is great the the room is luxury. I was super surprised to have all this for such a cheap price. Definitely do recommend!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Yes, the building is older and the apartment shows some signs of this. But overall the apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our month long stay. As remote workers we loved the desk set up. The space is bright and full of light during the day. We also loved relaxing in the living room and watching TV at the end of the day. Getting to the beach is very easy and there are so many places to shop and eat nearby and also right at the ground level of the building. There are also grab bike drivers right by the building so getting around by bike is very fast and convenient. We only slept in the bedroom with the sea view and it was very comfortable. The other bedroom has a window that faces the hallway and there is light that shines from the hall all night. So my only suggestion would be a blackout curtain for that room. Otherwise this space is great for 3-4 people. I would stay here again if visiting Da Nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
