Chau's place is absolutely the ideal place. You definitely get the bang for your bucks given her place is a walking distance to the best restaurants, tourist spots, photo worthy places, market, heck it's even along the way the night market. She's also very friendly and sweet and very helpful on giving us directions and food places to go to. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Hoi an! 🤍

オシャレ、静か、キレイ、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。インターネットは居室内だと弱く、ノマドの私は時々困りましたが、バルコニーやフロント、近所のオシャレなカフェやコワーキングスペースに行けば問題ありません！オールドタウンまで無料のレンタル自転車15分〜20分で着きます。Hightly recommend to stay here.

Ms Chau and her husband are the nicest hosts. They helped me with airport taxi, bicycle rental, even took me on their motorbike to get SIM card. The room was bright and clean just like the pictures. One day I was out and it started raining Ms Chau saw my clothes hanging in the balcony she brought it inside for me. There were a few days I didn’t eat breakfast there because I wanted to eat something different. On my last day I ate at the hotel and she came and tell me she was very happy I ate there.. she was really sweet she just genuinely take pride in making her guests food!

My husband and I stayed here just one night and we absolutely loved our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also had a delicious breakfast as part of our stay and we really enjoyed having it in their pretty little garden. Our hosts really helped us to get around, they arranged for a taxi pick up and drop and also a bike for us to roam around while we were there. The pricing was very reasonable. Most importantly, they were just so sweet and kind! Despite the communication difficulties, we could feel the warmth coming across in every interaction.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, die Vermieterin konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns spontan Touren gebucht und hat uns gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben. Wir konnten auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt sind, noch den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Können das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!!

Tri’s place is clean and very accessible to restaurants and other attractions in Hoi An. He is also very responsive to all my queries. Thank you for welcoming my family.

The room for 4 is spacious. They even have a full body mirror which others don’t have so it’s cool. Although it takes time for the room to get cold cos it’s summer and the room is big.

We had an amazing time at this place. Amazing service, beautiful rooms and villa . I recommend 100% - the team is so nice and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much I will be back soon :)

The location was perfect—the night market is one street over and the ancient town is a less than 5 minute walk. The unit was clean and once they were able to move me to a back room after the first night, it was nice and quiet. Everyone working at the homestay was very kind. Breakfast is simple and convenient when you have an early morning tour.

岘港机场打车，不到一个小时古街外面，停车拖行李步行20米左右就到了，首先映入眼帘的是民宿的前庭，是一个公共开放的区域，房东精心布置着怀旧古朴的餐椅，你可以在这里品尝最地道的会安美食，前台小哥很热情，笑容很美，把你把行李搬到二楼的客房，这房子可以说是原汁原味的会安民宅，估计一百多年都是这个样子，太令人惊喜了，原木木地板，原木楼梯扶手，二楼公共区域部分也在精心还原当年的场景，时间仿佛回到过去，这感觉太美妙了，放好行李，一楼也是小型的接待工作室，当然，你在这里发呆，看书，喝咖啡聊天也是挺好的。点几个小菜吃饱，才发现这里就是古城的中心，旁边不到30米就是日本桥，前面的小巷过去就是河边了，一切真的太美好了，第二天早上房的主人非常热心的帮我打车回岘港，感谢这个民宿，也感谢民宿的主人，让我感受那么美好的会安时光，因为有你们还有那么古朴自然的民宿，给我还想再次到来的真切感受，谢谢你们

My husband thinks that staying at the Hilton is “roughing it”, so after arriving from staying at a five star hotel in Hanoi, he was quite bewildered when we arrived at the Heart Lodge home stay. When he was kindly reminded to remove his shoes (house rules), I could see that he was upset with me for having chosen this place. However, after just a short while, due to the hospitality of the host (Viet) and the comfort and extreme cleanliness of our room and common areas, he relaxed and started to enjoy himself. By the next day, after a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed, a nice hot shower in the well-appointed bathroom, and after our delicious, very satisfying breakfast of fresh fruits, Vietnamese coffee, our choice of entree, etc., my husband’s attitude improved 100%! At the end of our stay, he was disappointed to be leaving, and vowed to return once again someday. We will always remember our amazing stay at the Heart Lodge and would definitely recommend it to others. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Warm and welcoming host. Very responsive and makes it feel like home during your stay. She has a very very cute daughter. Always ready to help in case of any problem. Nice place, nice stay. Bed is very comfortable. Hot water in bathroom for long time… bathroom is very tidy. Good view from balcony (specially from top floor). Host always guides you regarding various tours and places to visit. Taxi pick up and drop services are really good with good rate. Good condition Scooter for rent is also available with good price. Bicycle available to roam around the city free of cost. Really loved this place…. Will like to stay again on future visits.

The Homestay was only a few walking minutes away from the old town and there were also free bicycles available if you prefer to bike. Le was very helpful when we had questions. Her English is not the best but she tries really well and we were always able to understand her! One day she offered to take us to the market and to teach us a Vietnamese Dish. It was really nice and delicious and I hope it will turn out as good when I try it at home. I would recommend staying at this Homestay.

Phuong and Nams place was beautiful, clean, modern and peaceful oasis away from the hustle of the old town but still a close 8-10 min cycle or motorbike ride to the old town. Phuong and Linh were warm and inviting and very quick to respond to anything I needed of more towels or toiletries. It was peaceful on the most part feels like you have a whole modern house in the middle of beautiful Hoi An nature. It is a good place if you want a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere with modern amenities. Great for remote working. Phuong is warm and kind and provided excellent recommendations and took me to an amazing local coffeeshop and showed me where the local markets are and felt more like a local. Will definitely return again.

Dung was so beautiful and friendly! Went out of her way to give me tips and restaurants to try. Her place was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! A very good central location to the beach and ancient quarter. Plus free bikes are available which was super handy! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An

un petite paradis préservé de l'activité intense touristique de Hoi An, au milieu de la végétation et dans une zone résidentielle superbe. hyper accessible en vélo proposés gratuitement (ou taxi pas cher avec l'application Grab), il est difficile de choisir entre rester près de la piscine et profiter du très bon restaurant ou visiter plages, centre ville et autres. Les employées sont toutes extrêmement attentives et donnent de très bons conseils, merci encore à Mimi pour toute son aide! Cette chambre était tout simplement parfaite, en hauteur et très bien isolée, literie confortable et petites attentions dans chaque détail.

Great place to stay with a friendly team, a little far out but easily walkable if you want to stay someone out of the action

넓고 쾌적한 객실입니다. 매일 깨끗한 수건과 청소 서비스를 제공했고, 즐길거리를 안내해주었습니다. 화장실 문이 잘 잠기지 않았지만 큰 문제는 아니었고 친절한 호스트 덕에 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다.

Outside of Hoi An but close to the beach and not to far from the City. Nice place to stay.

This place was amazing! Tram was so accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect right in between the beach and old city so could get anywhere quick. Facilities were amazing and so nice. Could not recommend more.

Séjour chez Kim étais super ! Rien à dire concernant le logement ! La chambre étais vraiment très bien, grande et propre avec la climatisation. Piscine accessible à tout moment ainsi que vélo et scooter à disposition ! Kim est vraiment une personne accueillante et là pour ces hôtes ! Miles merci à elle ! Je recommande à 100% si vous cherchez un endroit, aller chez Kim vous je regretterez pas.
