Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dickinson County

Our stay here was amazing!! We had 3 generations ranging from 3 to 75 years old and there was something for everyone and space for all! Little kids loved the hot tub, tweenagers liked their own basement space - everyone lived the dock fishing! Amenities of the house had everything you needed, didn’t know you needed but you wanted! Bikes, kayak and ping pong table were a big hit! Can’t say enough great things about this property, the neighborhood or the hosts - we loved it all!! Thank you!!

This house was even better than the photos and was the perfect stay! Three families with 6 kids under 4 and it was absolutely perfect. The yard is beautiful and walking distance to a super awesome park and splash pad. Less than 10 min drive to beaches. We highly recommend and will be back!!

Our second stay at the Boji Abode was just like the first. Perfect! The house is well appointed, clean and has great beds. The patio fire pit and grill work great and the large grass open space is perfect for our kids and friends of others in our group have nightly kickball games. Adam is always very responsive if there are any questions which isn’t often with this well organized property.

Perfect spot for my bachelorette weekend! Super clean, great location, and a friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!

As I came into Brents home, my smile became larger and larger, as I moved from room to room. It was the perfect place for our family of 10! Kid friendly and Dog friendly! We fished, enjoyed a day trip to Arnolds Park, and loved just enjoying each other in a beautiful home!

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation! My father who is 87 years old and on hospice was able to get in the house easily and he loved the deck and comfy furniture. We all felt very much at home. Thank you!

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

Our family felt right at home. They had full accommodations, everything we needed as if staying at our own home. Everything was clean and functional. Being it is a basement apartment, you can occasionally here them walking on the upper floor, so hopefully we weren't to loud for them! Their stairs to the entry door were difficult for our grandmother, but Jesse accommodated by allowing us to walk through their yard on the opposite side to avoid the stairs. Would definitely stay again at this location.

This place was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. You can tell it’s really well taken care of, and the little touches made it feel like home. We were so comfortable the whole time — definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this property. I traveled with my elderly mother and her equally elderly sister. We originally booked the Brown's Bay unit on the 2nd floor, but upon arrival were moved to the Ellsion Bay unit on the first floor. What a kind and generous gesture. The apartment was spotless and we were especially grateful that keuirig cups and ground coffee were provided! The traffic noise is noticeable in the kitchen/living room area, but the bedrooms must be soundproofed - we all slept well each night despite it being a busy holiday weekend.

Our stay was awesome!! From the quick responses to the local tourist recommendations, Kathryn was an awesome host! We felt nice and cozy in cabin 179, and felt safe in the neighborhood area. Great house, great town!

We needed a place to unplug for a couple of days and it was perfect! Well equipped kitchen and charming nautical theme. Spacious backyard on a paved public trail. We visited off season to enjoy the quiet beaches, parks, coffee shops and a candy store.

Jill was amazing to communicate with. The house is awesome with great decor and fully equipped with everything you would need. The back patio with pond is so relaxing. House is located close to an entrance so easy to get in and out. We had a gret stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend. Thank you Jill for being so great to work with.
