it was a beautiful holiday in a lovely and well furnished apartment. with a view of the ocean by day and the sound of waves by night. we really enjoyed joeys house and it was very convenient to have a restaurant next door. everyone was very friendly and we had a great and relaxing time. thanks!

Great place to stay in Diani. 10 mins walk to the beach, apartment is in the building with security. No strangers are coming inside the property. Apartment is very nice, a lot of space and everything is equipped. Housekeeping is available. Air conditioning in every room. Although there might be a power shortage sometimes, however I think this was a general issue of the town. Pool is great, a little bit warm :D Communication with owner is amazing, very helpful. We receive a guide with instructions and useful information. All requests were completed in a very fast way and host is very polite and nice. Do not recommend the restaurant upstairs, but there are plenty of options in the town. Must say that the driveway to the building is harsh, road is not built there. Car was okay, but a little bit hard in tuktuk. I would recommend the apartment, very cozy, big and close to the Bach. Good standard for the price.

The host was very kind and helpful. It was my first visit to Diani, so it took a little adjusting to how our journey had been leading up to this part. Our tuk tuk driver was excellent and we felt comfortable getting around once we understood our surroundings. The staff was available when we needed help.

I enjoyed my stay at Catherine's place. The place was very comfortable and spacious. There are many activities to do within the area, and Catherine is very responsive before and after check-in. We appreciate the hospitality. Definitely recommend it.

Great host

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Diani Beach. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Diani Reef Hotel, for which we had complimentary access to use the pool, private beach, gym and bar/restaurant. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the hotel’s amenities, or exploring the beach, everything was within easy reach. The apartment itself was comfortable, and well-equipped, which was handy as we had a lot of rain whilst staying in Diani and therefore had some unexpected days with downtime at the apartment. 24/7 security was comforting and they were always friendly. But what really made the stay special was the host. Simon was incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay - from changing the boiler unit when we had no hot water in the shower, to booking our SGR tickets for us as we didn't have M Pesa. He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Things like that don't go unnoticed.

The place was exactly as described in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow, what an amazing holiday! Tim was fantastic in helping us to decide whether his villa was right for us prior to booking. He also put us in touch with his local 'fixer' who helped us to book train tickets, trips and transport all at very reasonable and competitive prices. The villa is fabulous. We were spoilt for space as a family of 4 and didn't actually end up using the cottage as there was ample space in the main house. The house is furnished traditionally and we felt a million miles from home which is just what we wanted. The pool was the real highlight for us! The villa is staffed which was a new experience for us but we were quickly made to feel very comfortable. The chefs food is incredible. The housekeeper is lovely and she works tirelessly to keep everything spotless. The gardener/pool guy was a real star and we enjoyed having a laugh with him. We didn't see much of night security but we always felt extremely safe and appreciated him. 10/10 from start to finish

We stayed a week at Eurika main villa and was very happy with the whole experience. As a family of six people it was a great option with plenty of social area at the front porch and access to a well maintained and clean pool. The house is in a quiet and very lush area. The host Marianne is super helpful. Access to the beach is easy, less than 10 minutes away by foot and there are several good restaurants close by. The optional chef/cooking service is highly recommended. We would love to come back some day.

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

I honestly couldn’t believe how amazing this place was for the price! I was shocked — it felt like I was getting way more than what I paid for. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out — such great value for such a wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend it and would definitely love to stay here again!

The house itself is an oasis and very quiet and peaceful - we loved seeing the monkeys playing outside. Chef Erick was amazing as well and the food he cooked was wonderful and suitable for a family / small child. The pool was sparkling clean and warm and we had such a great stay! Thank you!

Shamila’s home has beautiful character. My family loved the private swimming pool and the on site massages. We also utilized the chef who prepared many meals for us that were all flavorful and what we requested. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. We had a couple minor problems when we first arrived (a faucet and WiFi not working) and they immediately started working to resolve the problem. The staff recommended an excursion for us that turned out to be a highlight of our time there (glass bottom boat ride, snorkeling, and camel rides). We cannot say enough great things about the home and the hospitality we received from the staff. We hope to return some day to enjoy the facilities and the food again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lazizi in Diani Beach in early May. We were excited about our holiday in Diani Beach and looking forward to staying at the property. The property is around an 8 minute drive from Ukunda Airport and is exactly as advertised - beautiful private pool in front and a lovely 2 and a half bedroom Villa. The staff at the property did a wonderful job to make us feel welcome and meet our needs. Aisha (property manager) went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. She took time out of her schedule to go into the markets with us so my wife could get local prices for dresses. She also was helpful when we experienced a planned electrical power cut by KPLC. During our stay, a chef named Iddi (recommended by Villa Lazizi) made wonder meals for us the entire week and even sourced food. We truly enjoyed our stay in Diani Beach. My wife and I now have plans to relocate to the Kenya coast one day after this experience. Thank you, Villa Lazizi!

Although it is a studio, it was very nice. Jackie is cooperative and responsive. This studio is situated in a former hotel, but it's clean and quarded. The garden with nice swimmingpools, which are being taken care of, is directly connected to the beach. The beach is awesome. Left and right, you will also find a good restaurant/terrace for staying at the beach. For the ones who want to go to a restaurant or to enjoy nightlife, there are taxis at the gate. So all in all a very good place to stay.

My stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Diani was nothing short of spectacular! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the soft white sand and turquoise waters at any time of the day. One of the most magical experiences was watching the morning sunrise from the property. The view was absolutely breathtaking as the golden rays reflected off the ocean, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or taking an early walk along the shore, the sunrise here is unforgettable. The house itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was welcoming.

The check-in process was easy, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Queensy is a warm host. She communicated proactively and anticipated our needs. She was present at check-in which was delayed, and present also when we checked out- which was early. Her house has a beautiful view of the Diani skyline and is close to multiple amenities including restaurants and the supermarket. Queensy was very obliging- she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort even helping connect us to an amazing chef whose meals were memorable. We hope to be back!

Faith is a kind and responsive host. I always choose to stay with her when I am in Diani as I know I can count on her to always be available. The place itself is in the best location at Blue Marlin and next to Salty Squid, but also with fully equipped amenities. I would recommend to anyone!

It was my second booking already! I felt absolutely like I am at home! I missed nothing! The housekeeping was on an agreement of both! We talked about when is it necessary and the housekeeping has been done 100%. The description on this page is exactly how it is! The beach, shopping center or a pub is only a short walk away! I enjoyed every single day! There wasn’t anything I have to complain. I will definitely come back! Thanks for everything I appreciate everything of you!
