I absolutely loved my stay at Jimmy's place!!! From the moment we arrived, my friend and I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Jimmy and his family are exceptionally friendly and laid-back, making us feel like we were part of their home. The shared spaces were always clean and inviting, and the other guests were consistently courteous and friendly, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with an abundance of great restaurants and markets just a short walk away. It's incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore the area. I highly recommend staying at Jimmy's place. It’s a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return!

I loved stayed here, it was a great price, great location and having a TV made it so much more enjoyable. I liked how the bedrooms had their own lock so I felt secure around other Airbnb guests that may have come in and out. Also the host was wonderful, I left some things behind and she shipped them back to me. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

I stayed for 51 days with my parents from overseas. My mom has difficulty walking due to stroke history, Mr Yang and co-host Grace accommodated my parents to stay downstairs. The price is one of the cheapest in the area. The owner did not stay here, but he came sometimes to check in house and make sure guests were happy. You have a lot of freedom in this place. You can cook with a nice kitchen and all supplies ready to go, provided by the host. There is Walmart, Costco, shopping mall 5 mins away where you can do your groceries. Freeway 60 is nearby, which is very convenient. There is a yard in the back where you can see birds, rabbits, and squirrels. There is also basketball court backyard, you can do BBQ if you like. The co-host and her husband come to the house daily to clean up and check in on hosts. They are super nice and helpful and always try their best to accommodate what you need. They helped out a lot for my parents while I was at work. You need a Chinese translator app

Single family home. Xi speaks perfect English and was overwhelmingly kind, very responsive to any message I sent. Room was basic, but very clean, bright, and exactly what I needed: bed, desk, small coffee maker, closet with a few hangers. Ceiling fan was nice as it gets a little hot during the day. I didn’t use, nor ask to use the kitchen so no insight on that. I just needed a place to shower and sleep. Room is on the third floor, but I had NO problem coming and going as I pleased. Bonus: gated neighborhood AND you’re able to park your vehicle in the garage - I felt very safe. Extra bonus: pool is kitty-corner to the front door of the unit. I didn’t have time to use it, but hey - it’s there and that’s a pretty nice amenity!
