Our home is a 3 min drive to Starbucks, Walmart, Frys, Harkins Movie Theater, Findlay Toyota Center, YRMC hospital, Mountain Valley Park,stores, shopping&more. Our home is a 17 min drive away from historic downtown Prescott. There are many beautiful lakes,hiking trails & parks nearby. Our home is very spacious with a huge 65inch tv in the Living Room for the whole family to enjoy after a fun day of sight seeing.

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

This was such an awesome experience. I have never gotten an Airbnb by myself, so was a bit nervous. Came in to find lights on, snacks and treats ready and waiting, all the instructions right out and visible. Very easy to follow. And loved that she would even message to check with me to see if I was in need of anything. My last morning, there had been snow, she messaged to say that she swept off the walk and left the broom for me to brush off my rental car. Truly felt cared for and safe…. Would love to visit my friends again soon, and would absolutely reserve this again!

This location was ideal formy family and I based on the surrounding stores, restaurants, and recreations for that weekend. The home is spacious, clean, and cozy. The front yard vineyard is so pretty and picturesque at sunset! I would enjoy renting this home again.

Katherine's place was wonderful—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication was excellent, and she went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly, especially given the snowy weather during our stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, and my brother, who stayed there while visiting, felt very much at home. Katherine truly embodies what Airbnb hosting is all about. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again!
