House holiday rentals in Devonport

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the surroundings and the home felt comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time . A perfect place to relax after a long day out. I would recommend it to all my friends and family

We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

Lovely secluded location, in a small group of similar properties. Lovely views over the golf course. Access to the golf clubhouse was easy and very useful, as the weather wasn't great. We made use of the 25m pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room and the gym. (Family pool also available). Very nice property with nice socialising/kitchen area. All in all, we were very pleased with it.

A great house for a family birthday celebration . The open plan living area with huge windows was perfect . Quite a hill to walk up from town but that is true of most houses in Salcombe!! We had a wonderful few days there over New Year

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.

One of our best airbnb experiences to date. Warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The house was spotless and felt brand new, so many thoughtful details were included! Only one warning….you might fall in love with their beautiful dog Alfie!!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb/other like properties and have never seen a host as professional as Ian! He actually created a book and had multiple copies available throughout the property to explain everything and provide tips and local suggestions of places to go and things to do, incredible! The property is very spacious and very clean and suited the 7 of us perfectly. The location is perfect, and easily walkable to The Hoe, Barbican, and City Center so we didn’t need our vehicle much at all except for some longer trips out of town. The parking space was a nice bonus though and made having a car easy. The kitchen area is where we spent most of our time as it was plenty spacious for the 7 of us to hang out, and the kitchen area Jen has every amenity you would need as we cooked a few meals there. We often travel to Plymouth to see family and will absolutely see if this properties available when we visit again.

Rebecca's annexe was a lovely place to stay for a peaceful few days away. It has beautiful views and felt very relaxing. The kitchen and whole property was very well equipped which made us feel right at home and very comfortable! It had local guides, games, netflix, extra blankets, toiletries and much more! We really loved staying here, thank you so much Rebecca for letting us stay in your lovely annexe!

We had a very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings, easy to reach local facilities. The view out over the coast was so lovely and very interesting watching both the sea and the boats coming and going. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of equipment and when needed the heating worked well. The Old bakery is well worth a visit particularly loved their cinnamon snails and pizzas. We would certainly recommend it and would consider returning at some point in the future. We enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing stay and enjoyed exploring a part of Cornwall we hadn’t really been to before.

fantastic find, which is have reviewed before coming to Plymouth but never booked. Now wishing I did! ideal location for us as we were visiting family, however a short drive into Plymouth or the main locations like Barbican. which are not walking distance. The home was stylish and tastefully decorated. everything was well maintained and even had treats & bowls left for our dogs. Plus a lovely touch of a bottle of wine which was waiting for us. Daryl was super helpful and responsive. helped accommodate our check out needs with a slightly later check out too. (Thank you) The garden was perfect for our dogs and with fantastic weather the garden furniture is perfect to relax in. highly recommend and hoping to stay again.

Immaculate place with everything you need for a short or long stay, with a very nice welcome pack of food. Great place to watch the Naval boats and beautiful walks on the doorstop. Pace yourself with the steps!!.

Thanks for a wonderful stay in Cawsand. The house was perfect. The views outstanding plus a beautiful restaurant downstairs and 3 pubs across the villages to eat, drink and relax. Not to be outdone, the kitchen dining area was well-equipped for family meals, including the delicious local shellfish and fresh fish. Convenient to get to Plymouth - as the ferry stops just down the beach. In short, we loved it! The set up, the location and the relaxed and calm atmosphere of the village was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend - one of the very best properties we’ve ever stayed in. All the best Steve and family.

We had an excellent weekend staying here to celebrate my boys 18th. Sharon was an excellent host, really communicative throughout. Easy and understandable instructions and the house was exactly how it was described. A perfect space, very homely and short walk to the Barbican. Would highly recommend this property for comfort and its location is so close to the city centre and the Barbican. Loved our stay, many thanks.

We had a great visit with our 4yr old grandson who loved playing in the garden, everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a great trip, highly recommend.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

Kalyan cottage was just the getaway place we needed for our holiday. It’s located right by waterfront and has wonderful views. We loved the place. Jonathan was always very responsive and kind enough to make adjustments to help us stay at the cottage. The instructions were clear and detailed which made it easy to find the place, check in and stay. We had lovely walks around the fields, had a trip to Saltash which is really beautiful town and is near Plymouth which we have visited before and love. The stay was perfect for our family.

the house was lovely beautiful view, was spotless. comfy beds. us girls had a fantastic time, loads of room in front room for everyone to spend quality time together. only thing I would recommend to owner is some more mirror in bedrooms so when people getting ready. we will definitely be returning. thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property xx

It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be. Water views to the front - from the terrace, the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Fields to the rear. As the hours pass and the tides change, so does the wildlife. It’s just mesmerising. We spent a week, as a family - 3 siblings and our mum. The 4 bedrooms are all a great size, really comfortable beds, good linen. The living areas are spacious and well equipped. The covered terrace is just the best place - even when the weather takes a turn and that’s where we spent most of our time, watching the waters change and the birds fly and feed. Thank you Mark, for all your great communication and for this stunning home. It was everything.
