Delightful apartment next to a forest park - Iron Well

Relax in this unique and quiet place near the forest park with excellent access to the city center. The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building - a new building with an elevator and free parking in the garage. It is fully equipped, with external blinds and air conditioning unit. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the park and Bratislava. The availability of the place to the center is very good, 7min. to the bus stop with the possibility of multiple connections, or by taxi in 5min. You will feel at home in it.

Nachádza sa na 2 poschodí bytového domu s výťahom, s celkovou rozlohou 30m2. Vhodný pre jednotlivcov ako aj páry a povolené sú aj zvieratá. Apartmán sa nachádza na začiatku Bratislavskej mestskej časti Záhorská Bystrica. Dostupnosť je 2 minúty pešo od autobusovej zastávky, 20min. autobusom z hlavnej stanice, 15min. autom z centra.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Welcome to Naive Home, an apartment with soul. This comfortable studio is located in the Bratislava Old Town, with amazing view of the Reformed Church. Historical center, shops, restaurants, bars - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a nice courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. Our home is located on 2nd floor with elevator in a residential building.

The residence is two minutes from the Eurovea Shopping Gallery, the Danube River with its beautiful promenade, restaurants and cafés, and from the new Slovak National Theatre.
