A very big thank you to Josette and Christian for such a warm welcome as well as for their availability when needed. We also appreciated and enjoyed all the little touches during our stay (treats on arrival at the accommodation) without forgetting Christian's excellent advice for walks and exploring the region.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

As described and photographed. I felt very good there for my short stay and I will not hesitate to take this accommodation again rather than others already taken on Niort. Finally, a place to stay where there is everything you need.

Accessible on foot from the train station (30 min), the accommodation is perfectly equipped and spacious. The proximity to a shopping center allows for complete access to shops. Nothing is missing, it's very good.

The cottage is as advertised, clean, spacious, very comfortable bedding and in a very peaceful environment. Gilles is a welcoming, friendly and very responsive host. The place is perfect for a trip with family or friends. Recommended +++

We had a very good stay in this quiet and peaceful accommodation. The nights were very restful, without any untimely waking The pool is a real plus, ideal for relaxing even more. Esteve & his wife are adorable, welcoming and passionate about animals, which touched us a lot! We felt right at home. We will definitely return to their home without hesitation. Cindy offers accommodation that is completely in line with the description. There are no unpleasant surprises. The accommodation is very clean, there is nothing missing. Cindy is very available and very pleasant on the phone. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the Poitevin marsh. I would highly recommend this place.

Very spacious accommodation with lots of charm Tastefully furnished and very attentive hosts

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, fruit juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Don't change anything. Maryline, Nathalie, Chloé, Cécile, Mathis, Pascal and Henri.

Exceptional! The place is fantastic ,beautiful and huge garden with direct access to the marsh.Nathalie welcomed us very warmly and is very attentive so that we do not miss anything.Kayak,paddle board and bikes are available to us. The accommodation is very nice , nothing is missing. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it

Had a pleasant stay at Vincent's place. The apartment is in a quiet and secure residence. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect cottage for a weekend with friends with children: bright common room well suited for a group (2 tables, large sofa), a large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, many games for young and old. The city of Saint Loup Lamairé is very beautiful. Between meals, games and walks, we had a great time.

Great stay to be near the Château de Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet! Very clean and quiet

It was very nice to be able to meet all together in the evening in the common areas. That everyone has their own room with their own bathroom and private toilet was an important criterion for us. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness, it was impeccable!
