very nice cozy accommodation in a medieval house that has kept its character. Very exotic Perfect for a family reunion. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the garden, too bad! the relationship with Carole was effective and simple.

Very good contact with the owners, the quality of the accommodation was as described, the distance between the accommodation and the direction of Le Puy du Fou was well, which was indicated about ten minutes. The tranquility of the accommodation allows a good night's rest... I would highly recommend it.

Alain and Bernadette greeted us with warmth, mirabelles from the garden and a homemade jam. The stay was going well! We had great tips about the area and its activities. The house is the most functional of all my rentals made to date. There's everything... really everything. Feel at home. Nothing is missing. Amazing! Thanks for everything.

We had a lovely time at Laurent's beautiful house. Fabulously situated, with a cityscape skyline of steeples and tall trees, it was luxurious and spotlessly clean, whilst feeling very homely and relaxed. The kitchen had everything, making preparing meals a pleasure. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and relax. The garden, offered a choice of spaces and the glass doors at the back, looking out onto the pool, provided sunsets to die for. It was remarkably peaceful, giving both convenience of access and an air of seclusion. With a boulangerie close by and two supermarkets just five minutes drive we, were spoilt for choice and the market in Niort offers a full range of fresh farm produced food that was a step up from the big store offering Laurent was super helpful from the moment we booked and the close proximity of his step father made us feel cared for. I highly recommend it. My son has just asked me to mention the archery set. That was fun too!

Philippe is a very welcoming host and his house is a peaceful haven. We had a great stay, both quiet and close to everything. Philipe was very responsive and did everything to facilitate our stay. I recommend it!

We had an unforgettable stay in Virginie's house, ideally located close to Puy du Fou. The house is spacious, perfectly suited to large families or groups of friends. Each room is decorated with great taste, combining comfort and charm, you immediately feel at home. Parking is very easy, a real plus when traveling with several people. The location is perfect: quiet, while being very close to the park. Virginie is a caring, warm and available host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this house without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

This accommodation is really very nice for a large group. It is new, with beautiful finishes. Everything is well thought out, clean, well-equipped. You can park there easily. The neighborhood is quiet. The main roads are easily accessible. Le Puy du Fou is 25 minutes away. Jérôme is always very responsive, even when traveling. Very good experience in Cholet.

This place was exactly what we were looking for for our large family, and we were able to celebrate our "little one" 's 30th birthday in very good conditions. My kids and I are delighted with our stay. We were warmly welcomed, advised and accompanied during our stay by Nathalie. The listing matched the description. It is very functional, very well equipped until the games and the space for children. Bedding is comfortable and bed linen is provided spotless.

Amazing accommodation, tastefully decorated and located in a pleasant setting. Ideal for meeting with girlfriends, activities on site (boat, walks along the water, restaurant with themed evenings), close to Niort and La Rochelle. An outdoor area suitable for sunny days with a pool to cool off. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back to Véronique's home!
