We had a very good stay, 2 steps from the cathedral. The accommodation is clean and large for 2 adults and 2 children. Recommended!

Very central apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished. New and elegant bath linens. Very courteous host, quick to respond. 1 very easy wooden staircase leads to the apartment without problems.

Jan was super helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations for the area. It was very close to the place and was nice. Instructions to get inside were very clear. The beds were really comfortable, memory foam mattresses. The only thing that would have been even better would be bath towels, but overall very pleasant stay. Thanks, Jan!

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep, and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

Françoise’s place was absolutely lovely. One of the best places I’ve stayed in France! Spacious and well equipped, highly recommended!

Great little place walkable to Chablis center and to the vineyards. My dog and I had a wonderful time. She left a bottle of wine and let me check out late so I could go to the market!

Very nice and bright accommodation. There is all the necessary equipment for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and 15 min walk from the center of Auxerre. You can therefore do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We had a great time at Erhal's place. The house is very nice and there are plenty to see nearby including when the weather is uncertain. Erhal is a warm and very responsive host. And the teens were blown away by discovering that they lived where Vegedream and KeBlack had recorded their latest sounds. A great stay and good memories thanks to Erhal.

Pleasant stay, quiet in a very well appointed accommodation that matches the description. Easy to access, parking right in front, no noise, it feels like home. We were coming to Mathilde and Jean-Baptiste's home for the second time. It corresponds in all respects to what we needed for a weekend with 2 families with children. It is in accordance with the descriptions and is very well equipped, with storage spaces. Mathilde is very friendly and responsive to messages. We hope to be back!!

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
