The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The charming, sunny vacation home "Zum Kirschgarten" welcomes you to the spa town of Bad Sachsa. Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for 4 persons each, with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with two floors and about 50 sqm each. We are located in the Südeichsfeld, a gently hilly middle mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Driving Draisine, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to Bear Park Worbis or trips to nearby half-timbered towns are popular excursion destinations.

The Harz Mountains are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and also for winter sports enthusiasts (cross-country skiing or downhill skiing). From the property, many beautiful sights can be visited, such as the nearby towns of Braunlage, Goslar, Bad Lauterberg or St. Andreasberg.

The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.
