Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa , Esszimmer mit Esstisch, Küche sowie Badezimmer. Zur Ausstattung gehören: Garderobe mit Schuhregal, TV, Radio, ein großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen sowie eine komplette Küchenausstattung. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Ein Stellplatz und eine Fahrradgarage stehen nach Absprache zur Verfügung.

Relax with the whole family or friends in the middle of the adjacent vineyards and fruit trees. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a wine and fruit farm that has already been in the 4th generation. Children are very welcome here. There is a trampoline, Kettcars, pedal tractor, ping pong table and much more on our large farm on the Mainschleife. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. Enjoy the tranquility with a glass of wine with us in Franconia.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful countryside. On one side is the Main, within walking distance. Just as quickly you are in the vineyards, which you have a great view of from the apartment (2nd floor). In Dettelbach there is also a swimming lake, shopping, restaurants, a historic old town and much more. Würzburg or Volkach (on the Main loop) are only about 15 minutes away by car.
