Very responsive! I would only say pay close attention to your unit number. We were super confused upon arrival but figured it out quickly! Love the walkable area. Nothing better than the white sands of Destin beaches.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Regina's beachfront condo in Destin! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host truly thought of everything a family might need—every detail was taken care of, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. My 14-year-old son especially loved the bunk bed setup with the TV and color-changing lights—it was definitely a highlight for him! Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-prepared stay on the Emerald Coast!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

This is our second trip to Billie’s beach house. We love it and looking forward to next year.

WOW!! This place is stunning!! The PERFECT beach condo!! The condo is gated which helped us worry less about our vehicle in the lot, the attendant made laps thru the day and night. Room check in was easy. The communication between the host was top notch!! Response with in seconds, checked on us, and gave local recommendations. The condo was extremely clean. And had cleaning caddys available which I loved bc Im a lil OCD. Decor and furniture was timeless (felt like a was in Z gallery beach edition) The host thought of everything and then some! The location was perfect. A beautifully furnished patio with a view of the beach. The fellas working the chairs and umbrellas were kind and so helpful. Would stay here again! 10 out of 10!!

Kristy had messaged me the week prior to our planned trip with details about what to expect for check-in and the process. We decided to come a day earlier and she made adding this to our reservation very easy. She was very responsive during our stay and extremely friendly! The room was exactly as pictured and clean. Very easy to access the beach and pools of the hotel. We had a little trouble contacting the place for the discounted tickets for certain attractions, but she messaged them for us and was able to get it resolved very quickly. We would absolutely stay here if we vacationed in this area again!

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Lots of amenities which made a quick stay easier not needing to purchase as many items. Clean, comfortable and well priced. Would stay again.

We booked our stay in August of 2024. I messaged Julie soon after, asking if the condo was beach front like the picture showed. She responded quickly with pictures that matched the Airbnb pictures. She also provided all the information I needed about the condo and surrounding restaurants and activities without having to ask. Her recommendations were great, she is the best host!! We will be in touch with her for our return to Destin!! We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed!! There are 3 really important things we look for in a stay: cleanliness, a working air conditioner and comfortable bed, so a superb host is an extra treat!!! Anyone who gets to have Julie as their host is blessed!!!

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. We recently stayed here and loved it. We booked it because of the balcony and easy beach access, which did not disappoint. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed, and the place overall was cute and cozy. Thanks for a great getaway!

We enjoyed every minute we were there. Loved the balcony, loved the location of the apartment (right in the middle of the complex). Beautiful views. The kitchen was stocked completely. Whatever you need in the kitchen will be there for you. We had an awesome experience and time. Definitely coming back. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beyond clean, beautifully remodeled, and in the perfect location of being a corner unit with amazing views of the ocean. This was our second time to stay at SunDestin but our first at Thomas & Yiniba’s and we couldn’t believe the two were the same building. This condo was like a 5 star, luxury stay. They thought of everything! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Very affordable and in a great location to beach and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable vacation and Cheri was very available for any questions we had.
