We selected Heather's home for our family as our son graduated from Rhodes College. The house was modern, well-equipped, well-furnished, clean, and welcoming. The pool and pickleball and game room were an absolute hit. If you are in the Memphis area and need a place, especially for 10 or so people, this place is PERFECT. Heather was also super attentive and responsive. A+ experience all the way around.

This is a beautifully restored house, which was perfectly outfitted to be a vacation home. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware of home, including a plastic set for the kids. Everyone loved the pool and foosball. The house was very comfortable and spacious. But, the cherry on top was Sarah. She is voted a top host for a reason. She was great to work with - very proactive and friendly. She went above and beyond without prompting, even including a very nice treat delivered to the house. I'd happily recommend this place to a friend.

I loved our stay. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my vacation time. the host, David was friendly and informative. He made certain that we understood their expectations and was available for any questions I had. I will definitely book again!

OMG! This home was amazing!! This home was exactly like the pictures. The outside lawn and amenities were exactly like the picture. All of my questions were answered in an accurate time manner. This location was amazing; restaurants were in a great location, grocery stores were supper close, and Downtown activities were no more than 15mins away. We had 11 out of 15 girls to stay In the home. We overly enjoyed this Weekend with this home. Even our guests enjoyed the Fire, Pit, Jacuzzi, and outside Pool/Golf Course! We enjoyed the space, the pool was an added addition, my grandbabies loved it. If ever in that area again, I would stay here again. We just had to get use to taking our shoes off when entering.

Very Very beautiful home. Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. I am very particular about where I stay because I’m such a clean person. But when I tell you, it was a pleasure to know that this home was very clean and cozy.. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in the Southaven MS area or Memphis TN area to stay at this location. We had the opportunity to stay at this home with our youth sports team, coaches, and administrators. The space was neat clean and comfortable. The space was laid out well and the property was well maintained. We travel very often, the check in instructions were easy/ simple and the host communicated very clearly and kind. We have already booked another trip here and would recommend it to all.

Cheri and Bill were the nicest people and hosts! They were very friendly, and treated us like family. We feel that we have made new friends and will definitely be back. We enjoyed a bonfire together, they entertained our kids, and they took us out on the lake in their boat for a sunset cruise and showed us the sites. The house was clean, well stocked, and beautiful - we enjoyed it greatly. They went over and above to make us feel welcome and at home. We caught a lot of catfish on the pier, too! We highly recommend this family-friendly place. Thank you for hosting us and being so great!
