Cottage is a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach, boat launch, LCBO, Foodland, etc.) and 20 min drive to Kingston.

Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

The Woodland Escape

Step back in time. Experience living in a one room cabin heated by a wood stove and lit by candles and lanterns. Your bathroom is an outhouse. There is no running water or electricity. You can ski, snowshoe or hike on the 40 acre property. Also, within minutes of the cabin are numerous trail systems, lakes and beaches.
