House holiday rentals in Deschutes River Woods

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ranch with wonderful hosts! Felt right at home in the juniper. We loved the location for easy access to Sisters or Bend. We cooked most of our meals there on the bbq, kitchen stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well. Loved listening to the evening frogs and morning birds. The pool was a highlight for sure. Felt very special to have this property to ourselves! Tracy and Bill are gracious and wonderful to talk to. Our family will be planning return trips in the years to come!

We had a great time at Shay's place while skiing at Mt. Bachelor. There were even fresh flowers there when we arrived!

Although we didn't use the garage facilities it was great that he had all the games to play. Liked the choice of bikes. Liked the fact he had basketballs and discs even though we didn't get to play. Maybe fix the kitchen aerator. I couldn't find the instructions to the pellet stove, but really didn't need it. Good trip, good weather, saw a lot of our relatives who live around here. Enjoyed the home.

Right on the golf course in sun valley. Very peaceful and quiet. Being able to bring the dogs with family makes it all worth it.

We had an amazing time here. We will be back! It is pure luxury and perfection. Susan is an excellent host and our boys loved the room over the garage. Beautiful place! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house & yard in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the market, restaurants, coffee and short drive to downtown Bend. House was comfortable & clean with all the necessities.

Dean was a pleasure to communicate with, was extremely accommodating, and could not have further exceeded our expectations. His place was charming and elegant, modern and sophisticated, and relaxing and comfortable. We found the amenities to be better than described and we all had a wonderful time entertaining and resting. It was much easier and very convenient exploring the great outdoors of the Bend area, and partaking in all of the amazing outdoor recreation, knowing that we had such an incredible accommodation to return to afterwards. We had such an awesome time at Dean’s place that we no longer need to search for accommodations when we return to Bend - we know we’ll be staying at Dean’s place again, as long as it’s available. We’d like to thank Dean from the bottom of our hearts for being so accommodating and for providing such a great place for us so we could focus on what mattered most to us - enjoying our vacation together without any unnecessary worry or stress.

Fantastic place and a great town. We will be back. It got a bit warm at night, so be prepared to use the fans if there when it’s warm. Other than that, which is minor, it was amazing! Thank you!

This was our second stay. Serene and peaceful back yard with lovely water feature; perfect for dogs. Cozy rustic cabin with lots of extras, feels like home. Great supply of books and movies. Seamless check in process, use of garage so the car doesn’t have to stand in heat or cold. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Great place with ease of access to other areas of Bend. If you’re in to walking the trail is near by

I loved JoHanna's spot! It was very conveniently located, extremely clean, cozy, light, airy. We were wable to walk to get coffee and go downtown. JoHanna was a communicative and kind host. We will definitely be back!

Bonus is the home’s large doors and windows that open to back yard areas with lava rock, grasses, fruit trees. Quiet neighborhood too.

Wonderful home. Super clean and extremely comfortable. Owner was responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to lock one of the doors. Lovely yard with a play structure for kids. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Abe and Trixie’s home, and we would book it again and again. Great friendly hosts, everything you need, and great location!

The house was perfect for our large party! The location was convenient and about 10-15 mins away from downtown and old mill!

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

We picked this house as it was super close to Widgi Golf Course and the wedding we were there for. This place is beautiful. The two bedrooms are huge, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are so huge! Couches are very cozy. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit. We loved hanging out around the fire pit in the comfortable chairs each night. Having the garage to park was super handy as we also had a big truck with us. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you might need. Thank you so much for the stay!

Perfect quick stopover on my last night in Oregon. Very convenient to the airport and Rich is so nice. Really appreciate the comfortable space and convenient parking.
