The apartment was absolutely beautiful, cosy, and spotless. A friend who stayed with me has OCD and is usually anxious about cleanliness, but she was genuinely impressed and felt completely at ease thanks to how immaculately clean everything was. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed. We’ve stayed in several apartments in Birmingham over the years, and this is by far one of the best. Great location, amazing service, and a space that truly felt like home. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be booking again very soon!

Apart from it was a bit nosiy outside at the evening sometime, but overall it was all good. Also, Lizzy was very friendly and patient. I remembered on the day of check in I was wandering around the street and struggled to find the apartment. I called Lizzy for help and she kindly guided me of which way to go really appreciate for that and I will recommend this place!

The host was very kind and pleasant, the place was clean and very spacious. Really nice place to stay if you are travelling to Birmingham. Close to the city centre so there is lots to do and places to eat. Overall my stay was great

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home hosted by Panda Property Group. The property was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, well-equipped kitchen, cosy bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was smooth and communication with the hosts was excellent, they were responsive, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the West Midlands, with shops, transport links, and local attractions all within easy reach. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with the train station and city centre just a short walk away. We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the

Amazing place with beautiful jacuzzi

The host was great and the place was very clean. The location was close to everything the only thing I could say negative would be that the way into the apartment is long and if he wasn’t available to call I would of struggled however, he was very active and responsive.
