A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

Alex harika biri. Evin konumu Old Town a 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin garajı olması büyük ayrıcalık. Ev gayet temiz ve konumunu beğendik. Civarında market yemek yerleri vardı. Hepsinin dışında Alex her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, gezilecek yerleri anlatıyor bir sıkıntınız olunca ilgileniyor çok memnun kaldık herşey için teşekkürler Alex.

firstly, the apartment was pristine. Goranas parents were so lovely and welcoming and bought us lots of lovely treats in the form of delicious food and drink over the course of our stay. As well as this they were just lovely hosts and really made us feel at home straight away. The pier by the beach is so so peaceful and relaxing and the water was beautiful. the apartment is within walking distance of two lovely restaurants that are on the water as well as a lovely village and the roman mosaics. I would recommend a hire car if you are visiting as it allowed us the freedom to go and visit places outside of Risan. Risan and Montenegro are very beautiful and unlike any place I have visited before. 1000% recommend.

Stunning apartment! The view was to die for! The flat looks better than on the photos. Very busy road though, so if you open the window at night it's not easy to sleep. There was no electricity, partially for few days but that has nothing to do with the host who was wonderful. That is typical Montenegro. If going to the city, the journey is 15 min but to find a parking is another 30. It's a mad house at the moment! All over worth every penny!

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Die Unterkunft in Orahovac ist ein absoluter Traum! Super ausgestattet, makellos sauber und die Aussicht ist einfach spektakulär. Die Kommunikation mit Jan-Simon war super unkompliziert und total freundlich, er hat sich auch nach uns erkundigt und die Tipps von Olga waren Gold wert. Der Pool ist schön groß, man muss nur ein bisschen auf die (total harmlosen und sehr friedlichen) Bienen aufpassen, da nebenan viele Bienenstöcke stehen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der an der Kotor Bay Urlaub machen möchte und jederzeit selbst wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Arijana is an absolutely fantastic host and a lovely kind lady. The house was beautiful and very well looked after and very clean, in an idyllic location at the top end of town. Waking up in the morning having breakfast on the table looking out into the blue waters of Perast is nothing short of paradise. Promenading down the peaceful yet bustling streets you will find restaurants with the freshest fish, friendliest staff and boat tours of stunning sights. At home Arijana will always make you feel comfortable offering fresh towels, recommended restaurants and warm conversation if you bump into her hanging her laundry to dry outside. Friendly cats line the city streets and sit in the garden where you can enjoy the delightful complementary coffees Arijana leaves in the kitchen. You can ask her for anything you need and she does everything she can to help, truly one of the best hosts I have come across and one of the best locations as well. Thanks again Arijana you are a star ! x

Everything was great! We loved the view, and our dogs enjoyed the apartment just as much as we did.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay! The views over Kotor Bay were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – truly unforgettable. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and more – so comfortable and well-equipped. Irena was an incredible host, going out of her way to send us loads of helpful information and recommendations. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning.
