For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Absolutely wonderful place. The house had everything a family would need and more. Situated 4 minutes from the sea side it is a perfect spot for those who enjoy evening walks on the beach. Heated pool was a luxury and when the weather was a bit cooler we made most of it. Plenty of places to explore all around. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful break. Great hosts, beautiful place, a home away from home.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a good stay in Barneville! The accommodation is completely in line with the description and photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome travelers, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with young children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

Céline and Stéphane's house matches the description. Due to the weather, we could not make extensive use of the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were immediately fulfilled.

Charlotte and Christophe are truly wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their home is a hidden paradise nestled in the hills of Picauville: peaceful, serene, with breathtaking views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved every moment of our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for welcoming us into your home — it was a joy to be there.

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Beautifully and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbors was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region have done us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was uncomplicated and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.

Accommodation in accordance with the description, close to several starting points for hiking or cycling. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was smooth.

Very pleasant apartment. We were there for the 2nd time And would like to come back. felt very comfortable in the well-equipped house. A highlight is the nearby , kilometer-long beach for hiking or chilling. Relaxation is guaranteed in the quiet surroundings. Contact with the landlords also worked optimally. Thibaut's place was a highlight for us. The house is restored with much love and attention to detail. Our kids loved the beautiful garden, equipped with a slide and playhouse and the small nooks in the house. After a busy day hiking and exploring this absolutely stunning region, we appreciated the super well equipped kitchen and cosy living room. A big plus for us was also the small supermarket in Barneville which was open even on the bank holiday and Sunday. One of the beaches is in walking distance and others reachable by car after a short drive. Many thanks again for all the great advice on what to do. We look forward to coming back.

pleasant stay in a quiet and soothing environment. Good bread, good goat cheese. Nice to see happy animals. Very beautiful area nearby. small problem: the WiFi was down during our stay. It's often complicated in the countryside. Suggestions: a microwave would be welcome, as well as a TV, even if we can do without it for a few days. We change regions every year, but we will gladly recommend this cottage to our friends and family.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

Very nice house, perfect for two! Great for holidays with dog, the garden is very well fenced. The jacuzzi is great and certainly a highlight! Really nicer than the pictures! Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), roof terrace upstairs, terrace with jacuzzi downstairs, washer and dryer, bikes, a car parking space, close to the sea and quiet! Really nice is also a basket of dog blankets and bowls.

Even better than the photos. Superb cottage in the grounds of Sandrine's beautiful house. Perfect location for visiting local D Day memorials and Ste Mere Eglise. Would definitely return .

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the accommodation. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are various areas to stay in, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!
