We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River. This place was fabulous - everything and more. The place was tucked away in a serene setting with ample parking. Walking in the front door was exactly what is shown and promises, and then some. All the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Bathrooms were sparkling and had the extras, shampoo, soap and even a first aid kit. Kitchen is fully stocked and lots of cabinet space and places to sit for our family of nine. It led to a bar with more sitting and a deck. The backyard has a huge fire pit and we even used the corn hole boards. Our other nights were spent in the huge space in the basement- pool tourneys, arcade games and large seating for littles to watch their favorite shows. Our host, Nick, was great at communicating prior to our stay about what we would need, directions and our information for our stay. We reached out once and he replied within minutes. Great location to things to do, eat, etc. however you never need to leave. ❤️

This is my third time at the tiny home cabins but my first time at the opal lodge and it was, as always, extremely beautiful and peaceful! We will be planning in making this a reoccurring trip as we absolutely can’t get enough of it. They have a map for all the trails and a beautiful pond to relax by. They have everything you need for a successful fire! Absolutely love this place!

Absolutely magical stay!! 💛✨ This was the perfect farewell trip before moving out of Wisconsin, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place. The RV is peaceful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Surrounded by nature, it felt like our own private escape! Oleksandr is truly one of the kindest, most thoughtful hosts ever—super responsive and full of amazing recommendations (Devil’s Lake, Ishnala, and Fawn Creek Winery were all incredible!). We spent our days hiking, relaxing by the fire, cooking, and soaking up the calm. Every moment felt intentional and full of joy. You can tell Oleksandr really cares about making each guest’s experience memorable. We created so many core memories here, and I’ll forever be grateful for it. This place is a total gem—and we already can’t wait to come back someday! 🌲🔥🌟

Ashley’s house was beyond amazing and exceeded our expectations!!! Our family of 4 (kids ages 7 and 12) had a great time at her house! Everything was just as pictured. The place was spotless, organized and had everything we needed. The saltwater pool was so nice and the view from the backyard was just beautiful. We appreciate her letting us check in an hour early. Ashley went out of her way to bring us a bonfire pit which was extremely nice of her. She always communicated with us if there was anything we needed. The house is so private and peaceful. But you’re just about 10-15 mins away from downtown dells, so you get the peace and quiet at the house and all the action in the dells. It’s perfect! We LOVED our stay and so glad we found her home. Our family can’t wait to come back again one day!!!

We had a great two day stay at Sondra’s place, very nice finishes and enjoyed the hot tub and being in such a nice remote spot! Close enough to the dells and other things in the area to make it a great location for our stay!
